This company is beyond horrible. Best Buy had them deliver and install a washer and dryer. They damaged base boards and completely snapped our molding in the cubby where the unit goes. The company wanted to avoid a claim and offered money but failed to follow through. Once a claim was placed the daughter of the installer called to try and avoid the claim. In the last year XPO has destroyed 1 pallet of my products and delivered a half empty and broken pallet and ENTIRELY lost a 2nd pallet. These pallets both contained $3000-5000 of my product. We package them very well. They are shrink wrapped, labelled and all other shippers have never have an issue with product loss or damage. They run a crooked internal claims process that stretches on for months and months, in the end of the most recent issue we were offered $3 per pound of missing item...which equates to less than 1/3 of the value. I have SUPER mad customers who never got their items, now I am out the products too that XPO cannot or will not return to me. Now, on the most recent pallet I am out well over $3000 of my product and hundreds in shipping fees. If you do choose to use them I highly recommend adding a GPS tracking device like an air-tag or tile to your shipment, that way you can find it and get a law enforcement escort to whatever hell hole shipping yard it ends up at when it doesn't arrive to it's destination. read more

It has been four days, and the shipment still sits here on our loading dock. I have called XPO every day for three days and hear nothing but lies and excuses. "We will be there in 30 minutes," they say, and after 60 minutes I call back and am told the driver cannot make it. Driver said I didn't pay for dishwasher install, but after looking at the invoice, I did in fact pay for the install. Also, he charged me an additional $60 to install the washer. I didn't even notice the damage on the Gas range until I really looked at it. Noticed a dent on the handle, and the lower drawer. The oven door has a slight belmish but nothing too noticeable. XPO was the delivery company that was supposed to deliver and install my Tonal. The experience with them has been absolutely miserable. They received my tonal machine in their warehouse in May. I have now been scheduled for delivery 8 different times and they have never actually delivered the tonal machine that I purchased. Attempt #1- showed up with the machine and accessories, but without the wide mount bracket that they knew they needed to do the installation. So they took the machine back because they told me they "weren't allowed to leave it" After multiple calls, tonal had to ship me a bracket separately because XPO claimed they didn't have it. Attempt #2- XPO showed up with all of the accessories but with no actual Tonal machine!!! They ended up installing the bracket without installing the tonal machine. Attempt #3- scheduled, waited at home for the entire 4 hour delivery window and they did not show up. They gave no notice that they cancelled the delivery. No explanation. Attempt #4- scheduled, waited at home for the entire 4 hour delivery window and they did not show up. Again, they gave me no notice that they cancelled. I spoke to XPO and was told the item "could not be located" Attempt #5 through 7 - same story.... Scheduled, confirmed, waited for them, and the did not show up. I spoke to XPO after each occasion and was told the item could not be located, despite the fact that each time they rescheduled me, they told me that they found it. Attempt #8- scheduled, confirmed with XPO as well as Tonal that the item was physically present in XPOs warehouse. Again, waited during the 4 hour delivery window and they did not show up. I called XPO and was told the "item was not routed". My delivery of a nearly $4000 item has been in their possession for almost 2 months! I still don't have what I purchased. No one at XPO even tries to help. I keep being told that the regional team will call me, but they never do. Personally, I think these guys are running a scam. Do Not use XPO if you ever want to actually receive your item. With all of the similar complaints I see about them, I am baffled by the fact that any company uses them as a delivery partner. read more

There's no option for negative stars so one it is. I ordered a fridge from Samsung and had a delivery date of today and a window between 8-12. I kept refreshing the tracking page because it wasn't showing out for delivery after 9:00 a.m. So I called the customer service line and I'm put on hold by a woman who tells me that my refrigerator is still sitting in a warehouse and that unfortunately it might not be today, and to add insult to injury tells me I can call back on Monday to figure out what happened. I further pressed the issue stating that I can't just take time off during the week, and she agreed to call the hub. Then I sat on hold for another 14 minutes while she figured out that my refrigerator has never even left the warehouse. The story is that a truck broke down and that they're unable to find another truck for today. That's funny that seems to be an excuse that they use for a lot of these deliveries looking at the reviews on Yelp. So I further pressed and have a delivery scheduled for Wednesday of this week. This experience has been quite frustrating. We've been on the hunt for an adjustable bed for my mom, who's dealing with some health issues still being sorted out with her doctor (keeping our fingers crossed for positive CT scan results expected soon). Finally, on August 26th, we found one that fit our budget and placed an order. I've never experienced such fluctuating delivery times for a freight order before. Initially, it was supposed to arrive within a few days, but it kept getting delayed. They claimed to have tried contacting us, but there were no missed calls or voicemails. The last straw came on August 31st when we were informed that the delivery would take place on September 1st between 8 AM and 8 PM, and the tracking showed that the bed was just an hour away from my mom's house. We adjusted our schedules and plans accordingly, only to discover on Amazon that morning that the delivery date had been changed to September 11th--a whopping 10-day delay! Unfortunately, Amazon couldn't cancel the package because it had already been sent. My sister reached out to XPO, who offered a delivery date of the 7th, which upset my mom even more. All she wants is a good night's sleep. I eventually called them myself and requested a complete cancellation of the delivery on their end so that we could get a refund and purchase another bed from a different vendor. I had a three week long appointment for the delivery of a refrigerator. On my scheduled delivery date 2 hrs late the delivery truck pulls up in front of my building. The driver gets out and comes to take a look at the entry of the building. I have 5 wide steps that lead to my front door. The driver returned to his truck and drove away. What boggles me is the fact that he drove all the way to my home and then was too lazy to roll a dolly up the 5 steps and finish the delivery. They are absolutely impossible to communicate with. We've been waiting for multiple phone calls 'within 24-48 hours' for weeks and no one will call us back and their support people either cannot or will not resolve the issue for us. There is no way to reach their warehouse. Our Samsung washer and dryer is stuck with them and we can't figure out out how to get it from them. I paid about $1000 for a combo washer/dryer at Lowe's, which had additional fees for installation. I desperately needed it because my washer was shot and too expensive to fix. The delivery people showed up and insisted that I shut off the plumbing for them. I live in an HOA where everyone is linked to the same plumbing system, which I dont have access to. They will do it with advance notice. That's only necessary if major plumbing work is done. Shutting off would mean the whole building would be temporarily with no water and unable to take showers to use their toilets. I've bought washers from small appliance stores several times, and they just hook it up. The dryer takes little effort to install. He suggested just leaving the washer with us in the box, but I didnt like that. I would have to get someone else to do it, or try to figure it out myself. Like the previous post said, these crooks are absolute liars. Looking at past reviews, it appears my experience isn't too different from the others. The first scheduled delivery attempt could not be completed because they said the truck broke down leaving the warehouse and had to return. For the second delivery attempt, they did not call ahead like they said they would. When they did arrive, they acted like installing the washer/dryer was beneath them. They just wanted to dump it off and move on. They were unfriendly and didn't even perform the installation properly. I had to call back and reschedule the installation because they did such a junk job. On their third attempt, they texted they were on their way. Ten minutes later, got a voicemail stating that I asked to reschedule and that they would not be coming. When I called back, the operator told me that the driver talked to me and confirmed that I wanted to reschedule which was not true. Absolute liars. Now, I am waiting from a call back to reschedule for their 4th attempt. Ridiculous! Avoid them at all costs. I already complained to Samsung. I encourage all to call their other partners, Amazon, Home Depot, etc., and let them know what a terrible experience the delivery/installation service you had with XPO. I had a different experience than the other reviewers when my Tonal was installed. Although there were a couple minor hiccups setting my delivery date, the delivery people made up for it. They arrived at the start of the window I was provided, and gave me a 30 minute advance courtesy call. They were also respectful of my home, wearing masks and booties, and careful with their equipment. They were also very efficient, as the entire installation process only took about 20-30 minutes. Anyway, perhaps they have improved and taken others' feedback seriously, or perhaps I got lucky, but I did have a positive experience. Let's hope others do too! read more

My delivery was going to be 3 hours late and I had to cancel. The support is overseas so I could not get any updates on where the driver was or how many more stops before your delivery. They could not call the driver, they could only "chat" supposedly, but got no response. No one ever provided any update or let me know it was going to be late. Now my Peloton is going back to the warehouse and I have to start all over and reschedule my delivery, back to the end of the line. Horrible customer service. The app is no help. It showed the driver's location that was probably at the warehouse in the morning and never moved. I will work on notifying Peloton of this horrible experience so they stop using XPO Logistics for delivering their equipment. I understand things can happen to cause delays, but not updating me about a 3+hour delay is unacceptable. It took me 3 phone calls and waiting an hour on the phone for a supervisor to even find out about the delay. I want to add that my delivery was coming from Huntington Park, CA so I am not sure if it is the same as the company located in Orange, CA.
