    Before of the XPO many tricks of the charge. This XPO truck is one of the worst companies who constantly trying anything to put back-charge for your truck quote. I met a few times back-charge from them already and it looks like their drivers intended to write any notes on the B/L. My booked B/L is the afternoon so XPO claimed it is an appt of the delivery and charge 42 dollars for it because XPO claim their most of the delivery is in the morning not afternoon.

    XPO Logistics is an absolutely awful company. it's no surprise ALL their Yelp feedback's scathing, 1-star reviews. how do clowns this dysfunctional keep their doors open? XPO is the company Amazon uses for deliveries in Idyllwild and Pine Cove. they "made a delivery appointment" for Saturday afternoon with a noon to 3 pm window (01/15). was told they would text when they were thirty minutes out. at 2:59 pm, the company played the CYA card and informed Amazon, nobody was there, and the fridge could not be delivered. incompetent, EFFING LIARS. I called and was told the truck had broken down and they would reschedule. disappointing, but okay, shit happens. when I asked why they notified Amazon nobody was home got mumbling gibberish and asked to speak with a manager (multiple times on multiple occasions) NEVER got a callback. incompetent, EFFING LIARS. made a dozen calls during the week and was told each time the fridge had not been checked in, but that they would schedule another Saturday delivery as soon as it was. Friday, nearly a week after the original date, was told their delivery days to Idyllwild and Pine Cove are Wednesday and Thursday. WTF? incompetent, EFFING LIARS. hey, Mister Bezos: you might want to hook up with a real company. these incompetent, EFFING LIARS are giving bozos a bad name. incompetent, EFFING LIARS update: twelve days later (WTF, right ???) delivery was rescheduled between 9 am and 12 pm (01/28). got to the cabin at 8:30 am. got no texts. got no updates. was lied to EVERY time i called. got no delivery. and here's the bonus incompetent, EFFING LIARS part: they (once again) played the CYA card and notified Amazon the delivery was attempted at 1:29 pm but nobody was home. WTF ???? incompetent, EFFING LIARS update: six additional days later (WTF, right ???) delivery was re-rescheduled between 12 pm and 3 pm (02/01). got a call at 6:48 am to say they were an hour out. told the driver the cabin was a second home and would be there before 10 am. got there at 9:30 am (two and a half hours BEFORE the re-rescheduled delivery time, and half an hour BEFORE the re-re-rescheduled deliver time) and the fridge was on the front porch. had to wrestle it inside. made three four-hour roundtrips up the mountain for one delivery. lost three full workdays not counting the hours lost making dozens and dozens of phone calls, and these bozos still couldn't get it right. let's say it together: these guys are incompetent, EFFING LIARS.

    Driver says I didn't pay for installation but I did. He then asked me to pay him $60 on the side to install the dishwasher....

    Driver said I didn't pay for dishwasher install, but after looking at the invoice, I did in fact pay for the install. Also, he charged me an additional $60 to install the washer. I didn't even notice the damage on the Gas range until I really looked at it. Noticed a dent on the handle, and the lower drawer. The oven door has a slight belmish but nothing too noticeable. Samsung will be replacing the handle and lower drawer. I wanted a new range but too much hassle.

We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. Our flight got in early but we didn't even need to let them know. they were tracking it and by the time we landed our driver texted me he was waiting for us. They had waters in the car and a Disney movie on for the kids in the SUV. On the way back the driver was prompt and courteous. This is the way to go. Highly recommend.

I find that the route was fine although there were a lot more stops to the park, and it drops you off 3 blocks away. On a weekend on Sunday, I used the ART route bus 15. I liked this route because it was only 3-4 stops and you're directly dropped off at Disneyland's bus center so it's a shorter walk to the park. I only wish the bus came at its scheduled times or were properly updated on the live route site, so you're stuck waiting longer than expected and you're unsure of when the bus will exactly come. - free parking at the lot, gates open automatically , unless event is happening across the street at Honda center - prepay adult day passes ($6 all day) online and show email to bus driver - very clean and impressively aesthetic transit center, usually empty

Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the bus to/from Disneyland isn't that frequent. If you are Disneyland truly on a barebones budget (I get it!), you park here and just deal with the 30 minute wait times which it has taken me. In my experience it has been much faster getting picked up here than getting dropped off.

I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.

When I mentioned it was for my birthday party and that I was a returning customer, she went above and beyond and gave me full VIP treatment, even decorating the limo with balloons as a special touch. That meant a lot and made the night feel extra special!! The limo itself was incredible ...spacious, clean, and honestly a party on wheels. I loved that it had a bathroom, plus fun features like a pole and monkey bars, which made the experience unforgettable for our group. I was also able to connect my blue tooth and play all the songs I wanted from my Spotify. Our driver, Miss T, was fantastic as well. She was professional, patient, and handled our large group with ease. Despite a long night of celebrating, she made sure we all arrived safely at our final destination. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Ultimate Limo and truly appreciate the care and attention they give their clients. I'll definitely be using them again for my next celebration. The day before the event I get an email saying I need to confirm by 5:00 pm, I call and give my pickup address and respond immediately, and them I'm told "too late, we gave your limo away, and we don't have anymore". So a confirmation means nothing to this company, if they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave you high and dry. They tried to use the excuse "well we were texting you all morning (from an unknown number that went to my spam folder) to try to confirm". Never once was I told that if I don't respond to a text fast enough they'll give my limo away I *paid a deposit for*. If there's any response here, they will likely lie and try to say they had no choice because I didn't respond fast enough to text messages, but this company is run by liars. I have attached all the proof that I responded fast to the email, that I was told I had until 5:00 pm to confirm, that they mention *none* of this in the TOS when I booked. The bottom line, if they can get a better deal, they will screw over their wood be customers. [EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE COMMENTS BELOW] Andy is lying, I emailed right away back at *2:23 pm the DAY BEFORE the pickup, and called at 2:20 to confirm I wanted the reservation. He's lying and saying I responded at 6:00 pm, but that's not true.

After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We exchanged numbers (my wife went with the girls, I did NOT!). Got 4hrs of premium service from Darryl who was professional, timely, and made sure the girls had a fantastic time around town. We decided to try Tri Shuttle after seeing the positive reviews, and we were glad we did! Unlike Uber, this is a small business, and so it's much easier to be in direct contact with your driver. Tien was our driver both ways. He was friendly, prompt, and a good driver. He texted to confirm our pickups both times, and when we were coming back, he had tracked our flight so he was ready to pick us up at the curb. Getting a rideshare pickup at the airport can be a big hassle, and you usually have to go to a separate area. Then you have to wait for your ride, which your driver may cancel for whatever reason. But with Tri Shuttle, you get picked up in Arrivals as if you're having a friend or family member pick you up. Their customer service and professionalism were excellent (if you use rideshare, you know those qualities can be REALLY hit-or-miss), giving us more peace of mind to enjoy our trip. They made sure we were comfortable, helped with our luggage, and were especially patient and accommodating with my toddler. Their friendly attitude really made a difference after a long flight and busy park days. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained, and both pickups--at the airport and for our return trip--were right on time. It gave me peace of mind knowing we had reliable transportation, especially traveling alone with a young child. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family, especially with little ones!
