I love this company! I have had quite a few of their take home ciders and the "scaro" was so delicious for fall. Nice and spiced without being too much. read more

We had the most fantastic experience hosting our baby shower here! The price point for the venue, bartender, and drink options were all extremely fair and made it affordable for us to have an intimate event in a beautiful space. I'm so glad I got an excuse to host an event there so I could see it, it was just absolutely stunning inside. All of the cider we tried were delicious - a lot of flavor but not too sweet. Brooklyn was the event manager who I spoke with throughout the process of booking the venue and also ended up being our bartender (who made great cocktails), busser, and got everything set up and helped us clean up after. This was the perfect event space! read more

I went for the reoccurring Nerd Nite that gets hosted at Saro pretty regularly. There's always a great presenter and the venue is set up well so that you can hear and see the presenter wherever you're sitting. Even though there was a ton of people there, the bartender was quick with our orders and very friendly. I can't wait to come back for another event! read more

Finally had a chance to come back to Saro! I was working an event next door and new as soon as I parked where I'd be heading after. I met up with a couple friends to enjoy my favorite cider of all time, the jalapeno cider. It was pretty busy for a Thursday evening but we still enjoyed out seats on the second level. It's even more cozy when it's dark. Service was fantastic. Looking forward to coming here again. read more

Okay, wow. New favorite in Omaha. The bartender was amazing. The drinks were great - desert nectar was our favorite. The atmosphere and travel themed everything was so unique. Really, just an amazing experience. We did the cider flight so we could try 4 different ciders, and even ended up getting another cider to try because we couldn't decide on just 4. The personalized boarding pass and airplane-like ticket made it a more special experience. The bartender was also incredibly sweet, making recommendations, and overall contributing to the great experience. This is such an affordable spot to and we will definitely be back! read more

Our second visit, and just as delightful as the first. This time the owner was on site, and asked us if we had any questions he could answer. The ciders are delicious, as are the snack plates. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The space is welcoming. Hooray! read more

Great time at Saro Cider on a chilly Thursday evening. The space was relatively empty (maybe cider is more of a daytime warm weather thing?) but had essentially all the food items on offer, a couple cocktails. And tasted several of the ciders. Like others have said, the space has a great design. And while I was wishing my living room had the same interior designer, I also had a pant of sad nostalgia for the days of Loom because the two-tiered space really brought me back there for a moment. Will return for probably that alone. read more

I love this place! I've been looking for a nice low key place to hang out where the music is not being blasted and I can hardly hear my friends. Saro Cider is this place! The inside of the place is well design and I love the interior design, they have couches and chairs that are really comfortable and you can spend hours talking to friends. They also have games you can play like cards or board games. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a chill place to hang out with friends! read more

I absolutely love Saro Cider! It's become my favorite spot to grab a drink downtown. It's located just a quick walk (or really quick drive) away from the Old Market and is worth the trip over. I love that many of the ciders on tap rotate. It's so fun to try new flavors and they always impress me. They also offer some little charcuterie type snacks that are good (and gluten free!) The vibe is the best part. It's so relaxed. No pressure to get food, but available if you want. Not too loud/crowded. You can still enjoy a conversation while having a great time. Board and card games around to play. Saro is the best! read more

We visited this fine establishment as part of an Elite event, and stayed for an extra because it was so tasty, and the location was so charming. Parking here was reasonably easy on the street. Not sure about any lot, but if there was one, I didn't spot it. The business is charming and well decorated. It's both warm and inviting, and we'll lit without being too bright. Lots of natural light. The staff was delightful. Sitting at the bar, we struck up a conversation with the manager. She was great conversation and a great server. The other staff was likewise cool. The cider was worth the visit. While the special was an expected spiced Apple cider, the tasters showed they had a good variety. All that and it's safe for those with gluten issues. The Botanical was my fav of them, and they were all quite tasty. The snacks were good too. This is a great place to bring a large group, with plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is available while the weather holds. read more

This place is awesome. FINALLY a sweet lounge dedicated to hard cider. I've been here a few times but most recently went a couple weeks ago with my best bud. The vibe is so chill and relaxing. Parking is pretty easy if there are spots available as everything is street parking. The employees are always chill and really cool. I've gotten their hard cider flights, which are super tasty. Also, their most recent, seasonal cider, Fall Cider, is amazing. Love this place and can't wait to go back! read more

I will start by saying I'm not the biggest cider fan ever, but being a craft beer drinker, I can definitely appreciate it on occasion. That being said, Saro Cider is doing some great things! All of their ciders are less sweet than most I've had, and their whole menu is gluten free and celiac-friendly which is amazing! Of all the ciders we tried, the Sangria or the Pineapple Ginger were my favorite. They have charcuterie type snacks served with GF bread or crackers. The new taproom in Omaha is absolutely beautiful, with leather, beautiful lighting, and crushed velvet couches. The staff was cheerful and helpful in navigating the menu. Lots of street parking available. Excited to welcome Saro to the downtown Omaha scene! read more

I love Saro Ciders - it's one of my favorite places in the Old Market area! Located right along 10th street, the location is convenient and there's plenty of free parking in the area! Inside, I love the cozy atmosphere and warm decor. The midcentury modern feel of the interior, fun travel theme, and comfortable furniture makes for a great spot to hang out and relax. The bartenders have always been great and very friendly. I love the variety of ciders on the menu, and have really enjoyed all those that I've tried so far! I love the variety of flavors and the natural, fresh taste. I love that their products are gluten free! This is a great spot for a date or to hang out with friends - there are lots of games available, seating for groups of all sizes, and great live music some nights of the week. They have trivia some nights and great specials too, so definitely check those out. If you like cider, or want to try some for the first time, definitely plan a visit to Saro! read more

What a fantastic little gem in Omaha. I was first introduced to Saro Ciders when I went to Fareway Meat Market and the owners were giving out taste samples of their ciders. I fell in love with the Wild Berry and bought a 6 pack that night. The owners informed me of their tasting room downtown, and I thought I would give it a try. I fell in love! The ciders on draft are even better. Highly recommend the botanical. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is super friendly. I especially love all the travel touches they added to their tasting room. The ciders flight itinerary is so clever and cute. This is my new favorite place. I've already made plans to come back with some friends. read more

This place is definitely adorable inside. I love the vibe and the decor all around. We tried the sweet version of their butter board option which was nicely balanced. We did run out of bread and paid for more to finish. Love having flights as an option to try multiple flavors. I know their slogan is "less sweet more flavor" but I just wish everything was slightly sweeter. I sampled Bogota, Botanical, Desert Nectar and Grapefruit. The last three were all pretty comparable but I unfortunately wasn't a big fan of Bogota which was coffee flavored even though I'm a coffee fan. Would come back to try the savory butter board and their cider cocktails. read more

Came here at least twice since they opened and it's a nice relaxing chill place. Honestly I think I like this location than the Lincoln location. I haven't had a cider or mixed drink I didn't like. There's also food, which is always a plus. A lot of seating variety, but I especially like the couches by the windows. Great for catching up with friends. read more

My partner and I were really excited to come here because we both love ciders, and we were not disappointed! The first thing that catches your attention is the interior design, because it classy, comfy, and stunning all at once. Second is the wide variety of options on the menu, as there are 8 different cider flavors to choose from (as well as many cocktails). Ordering a flight lets you choose 4 flavors, so between 2 flights we were able to try them all! Our favorite was the Sangria flavor. We also ordered a black grape, tomato, and mozzarella spread with bread that was fantastic. We absolutely will be coming back again. read more

First time at Saro last night. What a welcoming environment and staff! It was quiet for a Saturday night -- and near close. Jackson and Lindsay were wonderful. It was so nice to chat with them. We stopped by one evening after dinner and it was a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere was so warm, cozy and romantic but also great for a group of us to hang out. The staff was great and I am happy to say this will be a new favorite for me! read more

We chose Saro Cider because they are dog friendly. We are in town for a couple days and wanted someplace to meet an old friend where could visit & catch up. It turned out to be the perfect place! Our toy poodle Worm was welcomed with open arms. They have the most comfortable sitting areas throughout. We chose a sofa & chairs at the front. It was like visiting in our own living room. My husband & I each had a Pines & Needles mocktail, our friend had an old fashioned. We all enjoyed our drinks and they were very reasonably priced. We didn't get any food, but what others around us got looked very good. read more

This is one of my favorite places to go in Omaha. The cider is fantastic, uniquely gluten free with no added sugar, but also super flavorful. The owners and bartenders are all awesome and super fun! Saro Cider is amazing. So relaxing and cozy with the couches and game, to entertain us.... The Ciders are the best, had to purchase a few to take home for presents. I even bought a hooded sweatshirt and wear it all the time. We had a great time the ambiance has a good feel to it. read more

A friend and I went to saro cider on Thursday and we were so excited to try it! When we got there it was obvious an event was going on, but there was no sign indicating it was a private event and we were even able to order drinks (at which point we asked if it was ok to stay and the bartender said yes.) Once we got our drinks and sat down, this apparent event began. My friend and I were whispering at this point as to try to not disrupt the event but to enjoy the night as we had just sat down with our drinks. The table behind us was also talking, so we thought nothing of it. Another customer (rudely) asked us to be quiet so she could listen to the speaker so we instantly stopped talking. We were texting one another to leave at which point we saw another woman get up to the bar and ask the bartender to kick us out. The lady then came over and made a scene slapping a $20 bill on our table and said "here I'll pay for your drinks for you to stop talking." At this point, we hadn't said a word in 5 minutes and we were so frustrated we left. No one had asked the other table to stop talking at this point. The drinks were great but the lack of advertisement about the "no talking" event and the fact no one intervened in such an uncomfortable and unprompted situation just really made the whole experience quite negative and I will not be going back. If we'd known there would've been an event, we wouldn't have stayed, but at no point did anyone say we wouldn't be able to converse during the event. Cute place but just ruined by the situation. read more
