The owner, chef, and staff are personable and passionate which shows in their food and service. We tried the specials--Mary's Chili, and Brisket sandwich. WOW!! They just opened on May 31, 2025 and hit the ground (slopes?) running! The chili was loaded with corn, beans, peppers, and tons of meat. Just the right amount of heat! The brisket sandwich special was tender, hot, and juicy and slathered with your choice of cheese--again, lots of toppings. Food was served hot and quickly. We brought our dog and sat on the outside patio with great views of Loon Mountain. I rarely award 5 stars, but this place has earned it for food, service, and music. Oh, and speaking of music, check their facebook, instagram or website for their live music schedule. There's a great area off the bar to see live performances and listen to great music.
