My poor experience was not just due to the severe reaction I had to the products recommended by the Dermatologist I was seen by, it was further compounded with the lack of regard to provide means to rectify. I am looking for a dermatologist office that provides care and support on an individual patient basis and can continue to do so. It was more challenging than it needs to be to try to get a Dr. to review the cause and effect of another Dr.s direction. There was no effort to mitigate the issue. I was informed by the individual who answered the phone, that they were going to ensure this would get immediate attention and someone would call me to discuss further. It's been several weeks and I've yet to receive that call. I don't plan to return to this practice and can only share my personal experiences.

I was put into the room and was listening to all the other rooms being filled around me. I sat in the room for an hour while all the other rooms around me were being seen.. I exited the room with no one in the hallways or around to even ask me where I was going. I went to the front desk and told them my time is just as important as theirs so I left without being seen at all after an hour of sitting in the room. I do not expect to be charged for being not being seen. I do not recommend this practice at all and I plan to look elsewhere.
