I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. I left Concord Eye Care a few years ago because the office is so hard to work with. I had to wait…read morean hour for appointments and it was near impossible to get through to the front desk. I returned recently because my insurance plan left me no other option in Concord. It's worse. While all my other medical providers have an online option to reschedule or communicate with the team, Concord Eye Care puts on you hold for sometimes more than 5 minutes. If you get lucky, the call does not get dropped. Checking in for an appointment is no better. The line is usually four or five people deep and moves so slowly because the front desk seems to have to print out multiple forms and re-ask a dozen questions each time you visit, even when its been a month between appointments. My doctor there - Dr. Gould - is fantastic but I'm not sure I can put up with the hassle of seeing her.

He forgot to even look at my eyes before I reminded him of it. Then he spent less than 10 seconds to look at both my eyes and said everything was fine. The unfriendly assistant did the entire rest of the exam. They still charged the full amount. Furthermore, they failed to bill my insurance and rather than correcting their issue, just tried to get me to pay the full amount. Additionally, on two separate occassions I stopped in to get my prescription so I could shop for glasses, and they refused to give it to me. They came up with many different excuses before I reminded them that it was a HIPAA violation and they were breaking the law by withholding medical records. Finally they gave in. I am attempting to switch to a different eye Dr, and now they are not sending my medical records to the new Dr. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

He diagnosed me with a deviated septum and performed a septoplasty and turbinectomy to correct my nasal structure and help me breath easier. Everything went flawlessly and was about as painless as any surgery can be. Dr. Daniell was great at informing me about my options without pushing surgery on my like some other aggressive cut-first surgeons. He was very much interested with my progress and on my follow up appointments he was very happy his intervention worked so well - he clearly took pride in his work. Highly recommended.

Good listener; doesn't rush; repeats what patient said to ensure communication is understood. I have seen him work with young children as well as the very elderly, modifying the equipment to accommodate the disabled or frail. His staff exhibit the same care and patient support as he does .. A very comfortable environment to go to. Parking is ample in adjacent parking garages. Everything is wheelchair accessible and valet parking is available when necessary. Office is adjacent to Concord Hospital and is part of their medical office compound.

The office staff have been kind and understanding of my needs, and very respectful of my time. The facilities are always clean, and I have never waited longer than ten minutes - usually can't even get comfortable sitting down before I am called in. The nurses are respectful and explain everything before it is done. I have been seeing Dr. MacLeod for quite some time now, and I really appreciate his straight-forward style. He listens to what I have to and offers realistic solutions. I am happy to be a patient of Concord Family Medicine and Dr. MacLeod.
