Horrible experience today at the Bedford, NH location. Front office support is the worst…read more For annual physical, was informed I could get my labs done a week prior to the physical. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

Dr. Katz called me the evening after the surgery to see how I was feeling. This is a first for me. Highly recommended. No one should ever fear having a root canal in this practice. Painless.

She's intense and thorough. She does need to eat more candy bars. 3-Kate her assistant was intelligent and completely focused on my care and comfort. Her post surgery instructions were professorial in terms of content. She was very explicit in the details of post care. She used big words....I would "exacerbate" my implant if I smoked or drank hot liquids. 4-Great communication from the front office staff. The facility was neat, professional, and featured tons of parking. 5-Every doctor, assistant, and office staff member is impeccably groomed and , from a 64 year old widower, extremely attractive. It was almost fun dealing with Dr Madden and staff. I do miss my tooth and look forward to the implant.

Prior to going to Dr. Feins I did see several other surgeons, however not a single one of them gave me confidence that Dr. Feins did. I recently lost 100lbs and was left with a fair amount of lose skin on my lower belly (mothers apron). I wanted it taken off and to have a flat tummy and that is exactly what I was given. I could never thank Dr. Feins and his team enough for giving me the opportunity to have the body of my dreams. Because if his bed side manor & his amazing work, my brother has received a major surgery procedure from him and so has my mom.

I spoke to his nurse Charlotte more than him because she actually listened! My top surgery(trans male surgery) is not at all what I expected or agreed on and I regret not waiting to find someone else. His attitude switches from "you matter" to "I don't care" after surgery and didn't seem interested in my welfare until I ended up in the ER. I feel like his ego was more important than my satisfaction in his work. The revision was rough and cold like I was a burden, not a patient, and it hurt ridiculously but he seemed to rush through it. The end results are depressing, I spent years saving$ for a surgery I now regret. Now I'll need to find another surgeon to fix things because I refuse to go back.
