He has always had an answer for every question I've asked. He knows what he's doing. He is exactly as confident as he should be. Dr. Herron is professional, respectful, and attentive to patient needs. He explains the range of available options and treatments with as much detail--or simplicity--as is appropriate for the situation. His explanations are neutral yet comprehensive, covering potential side effects, expected timelines, follow-up schedules, and cost considerations. I have always felt empowered to make informed decisions about my health based on the information and guidance he provides. At no time have I felt pressured into pursuing unnecessary or "add-on" services. I disagree with the negative reviews I've read here, and find them to be quite inappropriate. It makes sense that compounded services could produce better results; it can be expected for the price to go up. These are medical services, not McDoubles. The clinic's prices are fair. The staff provides a comfortable and relaxed environment. They may be a little giggly, but they're beautiful! Plus, they have great snacks. 5 stars. Make an appointment, see for yourself.

Review for Dr. Gerald Guillory…read more I have been a patient of Dr. Guillory over twenty years. I have stayed with him for all these years because he has a vast breadth of knowledge, he talks to me and not at me, he focuses as much on keeping me healthy as he does in dealing with any health issue I might have and I really like his holistic philosophy of health. His explanations are clear and he answers questions directly. He mines me for information and then works to connect the dots. And he channels his ideas and recommendations within the value boundaries of his patients without compromising his medical analyses or his solutions. Beyond medicine, he also advises on lifestyle changes that a patient can make to enhance their health. As a result, I have improved on a variety of personal health metrics ranging from my Ac1 score to my inflammation levels to even my heart parameters. He also instills confidence that one has the power to impact their health in positive ways. I especially like that he has a nutritionist professional on his staff. I've learned more about the relationship between food and health than I ever thought I would and to my significant benefit. I would suggest that having such an allied professional in the office is an asset that you won't find in many doctor offices. Finally, when I have had serious issues of concern, he was right on top of them. He didn't hesitate to get me the additional attention that I needed and I remain grateful for that. My only criticism is that some of his office staff can be very difficult to work and communicate with. Others are terrific. I end where I began. My testimonial is backed up by the fact that I have continued on as his patient for these many years because I trust him with the oversight and to some extent even the management, of my overall health. I went…read moreonline to UC Health's website, read doctor reviews, and made a list of doctors I thought I might like. I then tried to make an appointment through UC Health's app, and found that there were very few openings for new patients within the next month. I found a doc that was low on my list and made an appointment for five weeks out. Then, I decided that I would diligently check the doctor availability on the app everyday to see if things would change. I was happy to see that once Saturday morning arrived there were new appointments available, and after refreshing the list of openings throughout the morning, an appointment came up with one of the doctors at the top of my list. I quickly grabbed that appointment and canceled the first one. My appointment was today with Dr. Anne Safley, and I was absolutely thrilled with her! She is personable, caring and has the emphasis on preventive medicine that I was looking for. She patiently listened to my concerns, validated them, and ordered the tests and screenings that I was looking for. I am so so happy to have found her. I also have to say that her nursing staff was also very personable and caring. Such a relief to feel like I have found my forever doctor.

Their office staff is knowledgeable and also helpful, in that they will send you what needs to be filled out, paperwork-wise, or what you need to know before a procedure via PDF, etc etc... They specialize in back pain, typically, but they can do MANY different things. Dr. Bainbridge as well as the other body therapists and NPs, Doctors, etc are all very knowledgeable and can usually tell you if they can help you out with your issues, or if you may need to see a surgeon, or whatever else may be needed... but they will for sure take good care of you, and get you through the "process" with minimal bullcrap. They of course have to follow the rules and restrictions that the State and Federal government place on them, but they are also understanding people and they will help you if you are in pain, for sure.
