My husbands general physician is located at this office so I thought I'd give it a try. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and polite. She told me I'd be seeing a nurse, and a male doctor. I called and made an appointment for the same day in the afternoon . I was so happy to hear that they'd see me the same day! I was looking forward to going! I got to the office and it was very clean, organized, and nice looking... My appointment was scheduled for 1:55. I didn't see all of the paperwork that needed to be printed prior to my arrival, and only filled out one sheet of it, that I printed at home... My fault! I had to fill out a couple more sheets of paperwork at the office. I handed them back to the girl at the desk, who then said they'd call me when they were ready to see me... I waited, waited, and waited... The office was not busy, so I couldn't understand the wait time! I think I finally got called around 2:25 ish! (I'd also been asked to arrive at about 1:40, so the wait was a long one!) I saw a girl that asked me about my symptoms, and input all kinds of info into her computer... She said someone would be with me shortly after that... I waited only a few minutes, thinking the next person that I'd see would be this male doctor I was told about... Instead I saw another woman, who again input some information, examined me, listened to my symptoms and complaints, made a diagnosis, and prescribed me an antibiotic. :) The women that I saw were very professional, and nice :). I just don't like being told I'll be seeing someone specifically, only to not ever see that person... But I guess doctors get busy. And I didn't have a drastic case! All in all I really liked this office. Everyone was very pleasant and warm. I felt like they took time with me to listen to my symptoms and then sent in an invoice to the Walgreen's of my choice, to have my prescription picked up! My reason for 4 stars was for the long wait after my scheduled appointment... But I would recommend this office to anyone in this area. :)

Unfortunately when you do discover that they have a billing error, the office staff will not work to resolve it. They will eventually, begrudgingly take care of it when you prove to them they were at fault, but cut you out of their practice. Not for any other reason than you caught them in an error. Not sure the doctor knows they are doing these antics. Be advised.

For our first appointment, they were able to give us back to back time slots. Everyone was friendly. And we were taken back to our rooms right on time! We both liked our doctors a lot. His doctor provided a few referrals for follow up exams, which have also been smooth to schedule. All of our bloodwork and test results appeared in a matter of days on their online portal. And when I had questions, I used the messaging app online, and my doctor was very responsive. I've been back two more time since the initial visit for follow up blood work and exams. And the most I've ever had to wait was about 10 minutes, and everyone has always been friendly and nice. My partner had to call a few times to speak to people, and there was an annoying game of phone tag involved with getting a hold of his doctor on the phone. But, that's really the only slightly negative thing I can think of. It's been great so far!

I am a Vet who completes monthly counselling and pays out of pocket for these appts and I do not use the VA for these services. I ran out of both of my prescribed medications one for blood pressure and one for high cholesterol a little over a week ago and the pharmacy tried to reach out to them to get them refilled with no response so I called them to get them to send the new prescription so I could get them refilled so I could start taking them again and they won't do it because I'm due for my six month checkup which I would have no problem making an appointment and doing that but unfortunately I can't because I recently had a nasty fall and suffered a tibial plateau fracture and am not cleared to drive but they don't care so I called them my self and demanded they submit a refill order so I could get back on them before something went wrong and had to argue with them that I can't drive so they called in a 60 day supply of the cholesterol medication rather then the normal 90 bottle which is what my insurance requires and a 90 day bottle of the blood pressure pills which is correct and since they only did a 60 day supply my insurance won't cover it so if I want to get them I would have to pay $300 for what normally would only cost $30. I have no idea why they would do the 90 day supply for the blood pressure and only 60 day supply for the cholesterol when for as long as I've been going there it was always 90 days each. Either their just that dam stupid or they just don't car all because I won't do what I literally do for other legit medical reasons.

I went to a different doctors office the same day, my test came back positive for strep, and they said it was an extreme amount of swelling.
