She seemed more preoccupied with other members of the staff and didn't pay much attention to me. Personally, I am not that sensitive but I thought this was not good customer service from her. I have many lovely things to say about my visit with the nurse practitioner, Alyssa Drajkiwski. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and empathetic, and she listened patiently and carefully to all of my concerns. She went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the issue. Not only that, but she also helped me briefly with a couple other small things that I hadn't even originally scheduled the appointment for. I would definitely recommend her. Furthermore, I needed to get some lab work done at their office. They completed the work and gave me the results much more quickly than I had anticipated. Overall, I would recommend visiting this clinic.
