After having to schedule at a physical office, she calls me first thing this morning to tell me that actually, it's a phone screening. No mention of this anywhere on the website. She was rude, dismissive, and threatened to end the call early. I had to provide her with therapy to de-escalate the situation and continue the call productively. She was dismissive of my concerns and seemed to have a preconceived notion of what they were. She offered no follow up questions and did not attempt to delve deeper on any point. She was clearly not paying attention and I caught her not knowing what I had said minutes earlier multiple times. Overall an absolutely shocking experience but sadly very much in line with what I've heard from others seeking mental health care here. Avoid if you can. I cannot imagine seeking care here in serious need - the fact that this is the level of care they provide makes me worry for people with more significant support needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldberg's for thirty years, and barring a move out of the Denver Metro area, would not consider ever using another primary care physician or practice. Dr. Goldberg's practice, Family Health Care Center, is staffed by a small but dedicated group of medical specialists, who deliver compassionate and professional service each time that I have needed their assistance. Family Health Care Center and Dr. Goldberg believe in care for the whole person, utilizing not only traditional medicine, but natural, homeopathic and Eastern medical principles as needed or requested. I have always received tremendous benefit from Dr. Goldberg's osteopathic manipulations and acupuncture treatments, as well as her treatment of other infrequent issues of mine, such as strep throat and pneumonia. She asked a lot of questions about the accident and how I was feeling. She actually seemed like she wanted to know and really cared about my pain and the anxiety I now have when driving. She discussed our plan of action on getting some physical therapy done to help with my recovery. When I left her office almost an hour later I was so happy to have found a doctor in Colorado that I felt comfortable with! I was so excited that before I started the car I had to call my daughter to tell her. Then to tell me, because I have crohn's disease that my medical condition is too extensive for them to treat that I needed to find a new doctor seriously. But yet she deals with COVID and botox and all these other things, but microne's disease is too extensive for anybody in her office to deal with that makes a lot of sense..
