worst service got a indian shoe in two months the skin started to peel, the base of the shoe started to come out and when we went to complain they said they cant to anything and even thou we had the prove the lady denied it and said that " the shoes shouldn't break" even after looking at the pictures she ignored the pathetic quality. The most she could do was agree that the quality is bad and talk to the manufacture but all she did was argue that the product is good. the worse customer service and worse produce never recommending this store. read more

They have good clothes for children and adults. We bought a couple of beautiful outfits for our little girl. It is expensive though.

I had never been to an Indian wedding and needed and outfit for the event. They hooked me up, the lady was really nice and showed me what types of pieces to wear and even showed me the clearance section. I got a beautiful green and gold piece with the scarf and all. I ordered a silk top in yellow and they sent me one in blue. They said they would send me the yellow one, but they never did. When I contacted the shop they said they would issue a refund but they only refunded the price of the top, not the tax or the shipping! I sent them back their mistake paying for the shipping with my own money and they wouldn't even issue me a full refund even though it was their mistake. Do not order from these people. read more

Waited until the last hour to buy outfits for a bollywood event. I have zero knowledge on what's appropriate attire and how things would fit. After a horrible experience at another store I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. I was beyond impressed with the amount of help I was being offered. I brought my two kids and we scored some great outfits and accessories. I tried on a variety of outfits and couldn't make a decision so am coming back with my husband so we both can find coordinating outfits. She also found the perfect ensemble for my 1 year old. At first she couldn't get past the idea of mix and match and customizing, but the pairings Shikha showed her were great and things in her unique size. My wife is built like an American and not the typical petite Indian - she is a beautiful 5'10" and wide shoulders so she has a super hard time with typical Indian fashion. They go above and beyond in providing you with care and assistance even if you are looking for something small. I never felt pressured to buy anything from them. I came to this store yesterday since I'm in town for work. I had originally found it in yelp and decided I wanted to see if they had any pieces I like. Once getting to the store, the sales associate who helped me was SO helpful...I was looking for my first saree, but knew nothing about what was needed. She picked out a beautiful outfit while keeping my budget in mind. Not only that, but she helped me wrap it and offered to take my photo so I could compare with another option. I spoke with the owner as well, discussing that I was adding to my wardrobe but lived in Washington DC...the other great thing with this store is that they offer online shopping! She offered to take care of any alterations for items I order online. I walked out with a beautiful pink and gold/pearl saree and couldn't be more happy.
