I finally decided to take a chance and hire Nancy, and I can't tell you what a great decision that was. She's an expert organizer with 20 years of experience, but just as importantly, she has this wonderfully calm energy that makes the whole process feel positive--and somehow even enjoyable. Since then, I've hired her to help me tackle 20+ years of clothing, multiple closets, and now my son's closet. She's so good I keep thinking, "What else can I possibly hire Nancy to organize?" What I didn't expect was how much lighter I would feel afterward. Having less and knowing where everything is has genuinely given me a greater sense of peace and clarity. Hiring someone to help with something I technically could do myself initially felt like a bit of a luxury, but after experiencing the difference it has made, I can honestly say Nancy has been worth the investment.

It's hard to pin down exactly what Nancy Meck's expertise is--because she seems to do everything…read more On paper, she's the master of bringing order to chaos, whether it's a cluttered closet, an out-of-control kitchen, that dreaded junk room, or an entire house. But reducing her to just an organizer would be missing the point entirely. Nancy first came to our home when my wife was juggling too many projects at once and feeling frustrated by the lack of progress. I sure as hell wasn't going to be the one to make sense of it all. Enter Nancy. She didn't just tidy up--she reimagined our space. First, she tackled the office in a way we never would have considered. Then the kitchen. Then the closet. By the time she was done, she probably knew where everything was in our house better than we did. But that was just the warm-up. Fast forward to our international move. The smartest decision we made? Bringing Nancy in to quarterback the whole thing. She handled everything--coordinating realtors, hiring movers, clearing out what we weren't taking--while somehow making an overwhelming process feel completely manageable. But Nancy's real superpower isn't just her ability to organize. It's the confidence she instills in everyone around her. She's unshakable. In all the time I've known her, I've never seen her frustrated or frazzled. When Nancy's involved, stress just doesn't stand a chance.

With that being said though, I would not recommend their services and I am extremely dissatisfied. We paid extra for a deep clean which was well over two hundred dollars for my 1,000 SF home. It was supposed to take multiple hours and it took them less than two. When arriving back home, the bare minimum had not even been touched. The fans and blinds had not been dusted. They vacuumed only what they could see, they wiped down only what they could see and went around lamps, candles, books, etc. The few things that they did move were not put back in the correct spot and left in random places. The cleaning products they used left residue on the few things they did touch. We specifically pointed out two vents that needed to be cleaned, didn't touch those. Kitchen sink hadn't been touched. When reaching out to get a refund, they offered us a refund of the difference between a basic clean and the deep clean that we upgraded to. A basic clean is still close to two hundred dollars and I would say a basic clean is far stretched for what actually was done. Our home looked exactly the same, if not worse from things being misplaced, from when the service started. I hope other people have had better experiences but unfortunately, I feel like I was scammed and the services provided were not what was advertised. Great people, maybe they just need to reevaluate their standards and maybe it was just the cleaners we got that day! Either way, clear expectations need to be set prior to their commitment!

First, she began by organizing our basement, which was previously difficult to even walk through without tripping over something. She worked side by side with us to sort through boxes of memorabilia and family heirlooms - a process that could have easily felt overwhelming or emotional, but she approached it with empathy and patience. Her ability to guide us in categorizing items while respecting their sentimental value was remarkable. Due to the size of the project, Laura also brought an assistant one day who was able to help me with basement tasks while she came up with a game plan with my husband to organize his office. Next, she moved onto organizing our garage. With a keen eye for efficiency, she created a practical layout, grouped similar items, installed a clear labeling system, and helped us make full use of our shelving. Instead of my car door constantly hitting the bike and other items around it, the garage now feels accessible and functional! What stood out most is how thoughtful and realistic Laura was throughout the process. She came in with a clear timeline, helped set priorities for each day, and paced the work in a way that kept us engaged without burning out. Her professional yet compassionate approach made the entire experience manageable and left us with a feeling of empowerment and accomplishment. If you're looking for someone who can bring calm to your chaos with kindness, structure, and serious skill - look no further. We highly recommend her!

I also work from home and receive quite a few packages for my business. I had no system of organization that made sense, my house constantly felt like a state of mayhem. I desperately needed help! Working with Bring Delight was so mind-opening. We started with my clothing which was a huge undertaking. I got rid of easily 15+ trash bags of clothing/shoes/bags. Not only does she help to sort through the things you own and find what sparks joy, but she then helps to put it back in an organized way that makes sense and functions. So not only did she help purge, but she's also an incredible organizer! She taught me how to fold the KonMari way as well and now keep it up with every load of laundry. Things are tidy, organized and I LOVE getting dressed now. No more "I hate my closet" even though it was packed to the brim with stuff. It's now a well-curated boutique of my favorite pieces. It's also meant I shop less, not because I feel like I have to not shop, but because I don't feel like I need more things. When your closet is more simplified you're happier with the items that are there. We worked on the other categories for KonMari making my way through every bit of my home. All in all, I think I got rid of 30+ bags of things, trash, donations, etc. My home is organized and will always be because this method is truly one you do all the time so it never falls apart again. I can not recommend Kinga enough. My home feels peaceful, calm and organized. She's a miracle worker!

I hired her and the rest is history. To give you an example of what I couldn't figure out on my own, when we were going through clothes -- and I am a fast decision-maker -- I got stuck on an item and couldn't decide do I keep it or do I donate it? She said, "Do you see this in your new future life?" Immediately the answer was no. Since that time I work regularly with Kinga on styling clothing, organizing my computer photos, and emails and anything else I find where I have been stuck. She unsticks me and frees my mind. My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated the racks. The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install. I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues. I am very happy and I highly recommend the company and Samantha!

I really didn't want to deal with it and felt that the current hanging racks just would not work with organizing. I needed everything to be properly put away. Kimberly sold me on Artisan because she is meticulous, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable on the product. She was very clear on what customers did and did not like including her own experience which helped to confirm what I wanted. The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.
