I called to have a full body check for cancer based on a recommendation from my GYN. I called to…read moreschedule one and was told I needed to see her physicians assistant to determine if I needed a full check. It was discovered I did have Deep Squamous Cell Carcinoma. The physicians assistant cleaned the area and gave me a topical chemotherapy cream and I saw her again a few weeks later to confirm it healed. I never saw the doctor, they never did a full body inspection and they never retested the area to confirm everything was gone. I was told to come back in three months. When I asked why, the physicians assistant said come back in six month instead. Still no doctor.

As a mom of three little ones -- with three C-sections in four years -- I reached a point where I…read moreknew I needed an intervention, not just for my body, but for my confidence. Choosing to have a tummy tuck was a big decision, and I was incredibly nervous, especially as a mom with young kids. From the very beginning, Dr. Ali made me feel safe, heard, and respected. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and never rushed a conversation. I trusted him completely -- not just because of his skill, but because of his calm, thoughtful, and conservative approach. The level of post-op care was outstanding. He was available anytime I needed support, and I had many follow-up appointments to ensure everything was healing properly. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel confident and supported at every stage. At 1.5 years post-op, my tummy tuck results are amazing -- and they've only continued to improve with time. I feel stronger in my body, more confident in my skin, and deeply grateful for both the decision I made and the exceptional care I received. After nursing for a collective four-plus years, I later returned for an augmentation-mastopexy to restore what pregnancy and breastfeeding had taken a toll on. That experience was just as smooth. The recovery was manageable, the results are beautiful, and once again, the patient care was exceptional. Dr. Ali was always available to answer questions throughout the healing process, which meant everything to me. Dr. Ali is a talented surgeon and a truly great human. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I would not recommend this office. On April 23, 2026, I took my son in for an appointment and the…read moreoverall experience was very disappointing. It was our first visit at this office and we were initially seen by a PA and another assistant. The PA provided recommendation that was not clearly explained and didn't feel tailored to my son's situation. She was going on and on about what her brother used many years ago for hair loss, it was weird. Mind you my son is only 20. I had to specifically ask to speak with Dr. Singer who I made the appointment with. When he came in, he seemed to take a more thoughtful and thorough approach tailored for my son. However, he only spent less than a minute with us before quickly leaving the room. He did not clearly explain the final plan leaving us confused. He asked the nurse assistant to do cortisone shots and my son was very nervous and I asked her if she can better explain to him what this procedure entails. She was no help!!!! As a parent, I expected more time, communication, and direct involvement from the doctor, especailly being we CHOSE YOUR OFFICE and it was my sons first time there. My son went home feeling defeated as we've been waiting for this appointment for a couple of weeks now. If you want a doctor that will listen and care about you, Dr. Singer and his staff are not it!!

I visited Grekin Skin Institute May 7, 2024 for flaky skin on my face. The doctor saw me for about…read more5 minutes and sprayed a cold spray onto the affected area. They billed BCBS $420 for a "surgery". No anesthesia or cutting were performed. No expensive equipment utilized. And yet they feel they have the right to charge $420 for this. That's on top of $466 just to walk in the door for a total billed of $866. The contracted price brings this down to $269 which is still absurd. This is insurance fraud plain and simple. They billed a surgery for something that should not have been charged considering the walk in the door fee. The billing department was totally uninterested in this matter and never returned my calls. If you are interested in being scammed/overcharged and want to contribute to rising insurance costs definitely check out Grekin!
