I went to them, because I knew two people that were pleased with their experience (breast augmentation and rhinoplasty). I had a minor procedure done, almost one year ago. I did not have a good experience. The procedure itself, felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. Post-op visit, they missed two stitches. When discussed at my post picture date, they questioned if they were disolving? If they were, why did I come in to have them removed and why were all the stitches removed from the other side? I just called here to make appointment for a scar revision due to a horrific dog bite recommended by my lawyer. I'm really looking for myself and the need to cover up a horrible scar reminding me constantly that I could've died! Yes do I have a case against dog owner - of course! - but I really wanted to know how much this procedure would cost me. They said they don't do that anymore??? Horrible job on my facelift and necklift. My neck immediately had banding that Dr. Sabbagh did a revision on. This did not help. My checks fell within 6 months. I asked several times if my hairline would change and I was told repeatedly that the doctor does it in such a way that it would not. Well that was not true. I cannot wear my hair back. Dr. Sabbagh did no markup on my face pre-surgery for the lift nor for botox I had done, just knocked me out and did whatever. The fat transfer under my eyes did not work, I now have bags. I even was talked into having a chemical peel for more money to help make my face look more refreshed, this being necessary after a facelift? Shame on me! It has been 3 years and the office will not respond to my texts, email or calls. I have sought other surgeons opinion and was told by several that I need it redone and even then my neck and hairline will probably not improve. I already spent what I saved and cannot afford more surgery.. This should not be allowed to happen to consumers. read more

After much online research and speaking with different folks I chose Dr. Sabbagh to perform neck/facelift surgery to eliminate the huge neck I seemed to be growing. The number one quality I look for in a surgeon is skill/ability. I am not as concerned with "bedside manner", however, I am extremely pleased to say that Dr. Sabbagh possesses both in excess! After speaking with him I had no fear of being under anesthesia the day of my surgery, and I knew he would do an excellent job, which he in fact did. Dr Sabbagh is very attentive. The only time I needed to contact him with any typical concern was after hours at which time he returned my calls in a matter of minutes. He was kind, informative and I felt totally confident in his care. The office staff is also very kind and competent. I've felt very welcomed and the appointments are timely made. I have nothing but great things to say about all aspects of Dr. Sabbagh's practice and would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Straith clinic was amazing! I had a breast reduction and Dr. Baca was amazing, her whole staff was very sweet. Dr. Baca took care of me and took into account everything that I wanted out of this surgery. I had a hard time with pain due to previous pain issues unrelated to this experience and they handled me and the pain management process with the upmost care and consideration for my specific case. I COULD CALL AND I ALWAYS GOT A QUICK RESPONSE FROM DR. BACA. I was truly impressed and satisfied and will be returning to Straith in the future! I'm sorry to say but stay Away from this dr he is NO GOOD at cosmetic surgery, well at least from my experience I can say he had 2 tries as I came back for a revision after the first procedure and with each procedure it seems like he made me worse. Rhinoplasty in nov 2019 and it is sooo bad that after the procedure on my follow up visit the dr tried to show me a photoshopped picture of myself and it was way different then what I actually looked like! If you have to photoshop a pic of a client after you did the procedure that should tell you something!! Stop doing anything to people's faces as your not good at it! read more

If I could give Sabbagh a star -1, I would. Two years ago I went to Dr Sabbagh because of neck sagging. It wasn't heavy sagging but the beginning of age in my face that I just wasn't ready for. I don't need to explain how desperate a person feels when they make the decision to go to a plastic surgeon. The decision was not made lightly. He stated I would be very happy with the results. The first surgery came out horrible and I paid $6500. He acknowledged that it didn't come out the way that it should have and did a second surgery for an additional $2,000 and claimed I would be "astonished" with the results. Very quickly after the swelling went away I noticed sagging and wrinkles in the neck. I prayed it would clear up but it did not. 2 years later my neck looks worse than it did when I initially went to see him. I had to borrow the money for the surgery and ended up with NOTHING for my money. My neck is as wrinkled as ever. I'm looking at all the great reviews which suggest to me that he could have done better he just chose not to. I think he did it on purpose???? No way could a competent surgeon have screwed up, and twice (as my hair dresser reminds me) and it not be purposeful. I would not recommend this guy to do surgery on a dog! He is not to be trusted! SHAME ON YOU, SABBAGH, FOR TAKING MY BORROWED MONEY AND GIVING ME NOTHING IN RETURN. I HOPE YOUR WIFE ENJOYED HER NEW DESIGNER PURSE AT MY EXPENSE. How sad, disappointed, embarrassed and utterly unhappy you left someone who came to you for help. I recently just went in to the Straith clinic for a rhinoplasty. Dr Sabbagh did my surgery, and let me just say it was perfection and went absolutely beautifully. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional and comforting. I have been referring everyone I can to him. I scheduled a consultation and within 2 months I was in and talking to him face to face, which is insane because everyone else I researched had a waitlist of 1-2 years. I went in for the consult with high expectations. He got straight to the point and explained how he likes to make his patients look as natural as can be. This right away comforted me, he was so clearly educated. He explained then and there what he was going to do down to the degrees. From there I was given instructions and offered to schedule a date for surgery and a pre op appointment. He continued to ease my mind and provide extreme professionalism at each appointment. Fast forward to the day of surgery which was scheduled two months after my consultation. I was extremely impressed and comforted by the sheer kindness and professional manner that he and his staff withheld. Not once did he make me feel like I should question my decision, which is huge because I started this journey off scared for my first ever surgery. Fast for ward to my post op appointment, he quickly and gently removed my stitches cast and splints, and let me see the finished product. I instantly started crying. Dr. Sabbagh had worked his magic. I have nothing bad or good to say about Dr Sabbagh because I have not met him and probably never will due to the rudest staff member I have EVER dealt with. I received a call this morning and was unable to answer due to being in a meeting. I called back and was YELLED at that my appointment was on Monday. I kindly told MONICA that I had yet to receive an email on the location of the clinic. MONICA rudely told me that I was emailed a week ago, and then continued to read out the wrong email. I corrected her and told her they have the wrong email that's probably why I haven't received anything yet. She then asked me by cutting me off "well do you know where we're located or not?"... I said, No, because as I just said- I HAVE NOT GOTTEN AN EMAIL. She then said "okay my mistake we have the right email but it's not that hard it's between 13 and 14 mile" I began to speak and MONICA hung up on me. I called back like the adult the MONICA lacked to be and she said she hung up on me because she wanted to finish her sentence before me. Incompetent, disrespectful and EXTREMELY RUDE. You lost a patient and I will never recommend anyone to this place. It's sad that I was looking forward to my consultation but the disgusting mouthed receptionist barks at patients instead of speaking to them. I had the best experience with Dr. Sabbagh and his staff. This was my first surgery ever and if I had to go back I would do it all over again. I had lost 80 lbs and had some sagging skin so I decided to have inner thigh lips and bilateral arm lift. Dr. Sabbagh and his staff made sure I had all the information about each procedure as well as pre and post op info. They made sure I was comfortable with every decision and every step of the way. The nurses were always there to answer any questions I had and even called to check up on me the next day and see if there was anything they could do.
