I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. She explained the differences between tattoos and permanent makeup, and what I could expect after she finished. She put me at ease. The procedure went well and Michelle took her time and explained what she was doing. After a short healing process, I was very happy with them that I decided to have permanent eyeliner and my lips done. It looks great and I like getting up in the morning with my makeup already on. Wasn't that red after too. I felt great afterwards. They don't let you choose the serum or ask about your skin concerns. Randomly use whatever they use for everyone. Felt like it was surface level though. Like I could've done the same at home for $230 but do it 40 different times (cause I'd have so much product) I feel like it was sort of a waste of money.
