Mortgage brokers can easily make or break the whole home buying process. Thankfully, I was introduced to Suyny at American Pacific Mortgage. From the initial conversation, she kept it honest with me: about her take on interest fees, her strategy on closing quickly, and how to get started. She's a great listener and this goes a long way when you don't really know what questions to even ask. I had gone to Suyny in the process of shopping for mortgages so I actually told her that I'm getting a better deal elsewhere. She appreciated my honesty but taught me that there are reasons to take time to compare both the quantifiable and qualitative factors.
