We found a very knowledgeable and capable Realtor in Larissa. She was very professional and…read moreanalytical in her approach to pricing our home. She and her partner Rob were down to earth and had good, honest vibes, and I knew right away that I could trust them with selling our home of 27 years. Larissa presented our home to buyers in a way that really captured the soul and energy of our home. She assisted with staging, bringing many of her own items, including warm light bulbs everywhere, which is something I would never think about, but I think it made a huge impact. When our lock broke on the front door, she and Rob went shopping for and installed a new lock, since we had moved away by then. They were always available for a conversation, an explanation, or just reassurance that all was proceeding as it should. Their planning and preparation got us under contract in about a week, and we sold for full price. We had interviewed another agent who wanted to do the "price it low and bring multiple offers" approach, which I don't think would have worked. Instead, by trusting the data and the numbers, Larissa arrived at a listing price that made sense, and it worked. I used to be a Realtor, so I know good ones when I see them. I would 100% recommend Larissa to anyone needing a Realtor.

I bought my first house with her back in 2019 and most recently she helped me sell a piece of property I inherited. Both transactions were very enjoyable. She showed me many houses on my search for my ideal home. That went so well, I knew that I would have her do any real-estate endeavors that I had in the future. We had remained in contact over the years and early in 2026 it came time to sell a five acre plot that I had inherited. I reached out to Larissa again and she immediately got to work. She made the whole process very easy. She looked at the land and took care of all the gathering of information. She took numerous pictures with some aerial camera shots. She did the research on the property lines and the functionality of the existing well and took care of all the advertising. The complete process went very smooth and as the seller it was very easy for me. Larissa took care of it all. She is completely thorough totally professional. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling any property. When the time comes again for me to buy or sell more property, I will call Larissa first, with the utmost confidence. She has made both of my experiences enjoyable and she gave great insight and references for things related to the transactions. I highly recommend Larissa for anyone who needs to buy or sell property, whether it be a home or raw land. She is the best choice and will always be my (Go To) real-estate agent.

She answered all my questions and helped me truly understand the process. She went out of her way to help me break down all the listings and look at them with the pros and cons. Virginia even went through the HOA meeting minutes to help identify any red flags prior to purchasing. Ultimately, Virginia didn't "sell" me a house. She listened to my needs and took the time to get to know me as a buyer so she could help me find the house that was the best fit for me and my life.
