The place is small and you are asked to take your shoes off upon entering, but that means you were right in the doorway while trying to get your shoes off and balance putting on slippers that they leave at the door. There's only two seats in the waiting area. There was no tea or anything else out like I have seen in other pictures but I was offered a water. Elana was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. A couple of issues was that the treatment rooms are extremely small is very little room to maneuver. Also, they must have had satellite radio on so the radio station kept going in and out which made for very awkward moments of complete silence in the room and during that time, you could hear other patrons talking, music from the Pilates, studio next-door, and traffic on the road. After about 10 minutes, she did ask if I wanted her to go get her phone so she could put on music in which I said yes-it was very hard to concentrate every time the music went off. I thought $140 for a 90 minute massage was an excellent price and she was great, but I'm not sure if I would return due to them having no amenities and the outside noise issues.

She took the time to really listen, understand what my body requires, and tailor every session accordingly. What truly sets her apart is her dedication -- she even took an additional class specifically to learn techniques that would better support me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about how much she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. Lauren is also incredibly accommodating and flexible, always making sure I feel comfortable and supported. I leave every session feeling better physically and confident that I'm in the best hands. If you're looking for someone skilled, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile, Lauren is absolutely the one.

I went to her because my neck was causing me daily discomfort. She made me aware that my neck problem actually stems from my upper back being tight from stress. She used plenty of pressure, but somehow I was not cringing and tightening counterproductively as I usually am with more intense massages. Her prices are reasonable, with my 1 hour massage costing $75. I immediately suggested her to my husband for his needs as well. I highly reccommend her. P.S. She doesn't work out of her house, despite a prior review. She has a cute office at a yoga studio.

I was treated so rudely and asked if " I was f---ing kidding " a simple I close at 4 would you prefer another day or time would certainly have been a better response. She then proceeded to follow up with a bunch of extremely rude texts calling me entitled and demanding. Calling a business asking g for an appointment I hardly consider demanding or entitled. She proceeded with "others who come in off boats and demand appointments and she doesn't know their personal hygiene or mine. Nothing to do with my calling for an appointment. I have had many messages and usually find a masseuse to be kind and caring. She is from that. She is angry and extremely unprofessional calling me "Karen" in her ridiculous texts which she never should have been texting me in the first place!
