Diane Mancini, Is a wonderful masseuse and very friendly she…read morereally takes her time to understand the situation and the individual needs of each of her clients. She's very gentle and won't do anything that hurts. Not only that but she really gets to know her clients likes and dislikes as far as massage techniques go and if she finds something that works well for a particular client she'll make a note of it in the client's chart so that she can remember what they like and what they don't like. For example with me she was rubbing my feet very gently and then she was rubbing my toes as she counted out loud 1-2-3-4-5 little piggies and that felt really good on my toes so she wrote that in my chart for next time so she remembers. I'd recommend Diane Mancini LMT to anybody go to docter dugs office and just talk to Diane you won't be sorry you did. I know I'm certainly not. Thanks Di for everything.

BTW, she works out of a chiropractors office (phone above) and they can schedule for her, you do not need to see the chiropractor.

I was experiencing tingling/numbness in my right hand from how swollen these knots were. I called and the owner was very accommodating to get me in sooner than later. She recommended Alanna to do some deep tissue work. Alanna was very professional and easy to communicate my needs with. She responded well to my requests for less or more pressure, and she spent good time working out other areas of strained muscle that she discovered on my back. She also used a nice essential oil blend to help soothe and relieve pain. Deep tissue work can be a little uncomfortable normally, but I left actually feeling relaxed! And my pain was pretty much gone! Next day, and I have ZERO pain or tingling. :) The room was clean and calm, good vibe all around. I will most likely be visiting regularly to take care of my sore muscles!

This is a very nice business near the courthouse that offers physical therapy, weight loss,…read morepersonal training and massage. I was walking home one afternoon from Supreme Court duty at the courthouse and saw a sign for massage. It has been quite a while since I had a massage and decided to give this spot a try. I made an appointment on line which is very convenient. A private parking lot is on the side of the building. My masseuse was not in house when I arrived but I was checked-in immediately and I waited in the office/wait area just inside the door. There are two rooms off the waiting/office area with work-out equipment, plus a locker room and restroom. The entire building looks and smells clean and looks to be in good condition. My masseuse arrived in time for my appointment. We went upstairs to a massage room where we had a brief consult about my expectations for the appointment. They were easy to chat with and shared their impressive credentials. I learned during my appointment that they are uncomfortable with clients who disrobe completely for a session and prefer that all clients retain their bottoms during the massage whether male or female. The techniques used during my treatment are very much in line with other massage treatments I have received. I would have preferred a bit more pressure and did not leave feeling like my knots had been addressed as I had hoped. After the treatment I was asked to purchase a package for multiple sessions, which I deferred. I was really hoping this would be my new 'go to' spot as I miss having a regular masseuse. The massage I received was good, but I don't feel personally it's a good fit for me. However, the staff are exceptionally well trained and know what they are doing. If you are looking to get in shape, lose weight or just need someone to work out your knots, I recommend you try this spot. It may be just what you are looking for.

Before working with him I would frequently visit orthopedists and physical therapists who helped me recover from back pain that was fundamentally due to my poor condition. Tom guides me through a program of strength building exercises, concentrating in particular on my core muscles. It has made for dramatic improvements in my back health. Now, if I do overdo it and hurt myself, I recover very quickly. I couldn't be happier with Tom and his fitness center and I'm truly grateful for his help.
