Finally one evening we decided to stop and order and bring it back to the apartment we were renting for an early dinner. We both got the mix (chicken and lamb) - one was on what was more of a tortilla and the other sort of a pita/sandwich. Even though they were basically the same I liked the pita format better. In the end I wondered if I would have like just a lamb version versus a mix. Nonetheless it was super tasty and a good value. Actually some onion would have made it better. Highly recommended - we were lucky when we stopped there was not the long line we had seen at other times of the day.

The menu is simple, but the food is made fresh, and the prices are lower that what you would find in Schwedenplatz right down the road. For under €5, you can get a large kebab sandwich (or wrap) with all the toppings you want, as well as a decent portion of french fries, fresh out of the fryer and still hot and crispy. And of course, you can also get cold cans of beer there. For me, it's really convenient since I only live a stone throw's away, and even when I take the food "to go", to bring home, the food will still be hot by the time I arrive.

Of course there was smoking so we opted for the covered outdoor seating. We ordered vegan dishes for our mains - the tofu curry and the veggie variety dish, which each came with a bunch of rice. We also ordered the mix of momos that had both veggie and meat. Everything was really delicious. The veggie variety plate was delicious - it came with a small soup, and like 4-5 different veggies. The veggies were made with care and each item had a lot of flavor. The tofu in the curry was a little more plain. The momos were really delicious. There was some with tofu, spinach, cheese, chicken, and other veggies. Overall we really enjoyed the food and believe it is a healthy and unique option in the area.

We took it slowly and ordered two appetizers the shrimp in butter and spices and Lakerda, fish fillets with lemon and red onions. Both were delicious and we could have eaten double. We shared an Ali Kebab (chopped lamb) it had lots of flavor. After this moderation we asked for the menu to order more food. It never came, so the moment passed and the bill was lighter. Overall, food was great, service below average. No one checked in on us. The owner was sitting behind us the whole time but not really checking on the servers or customer satisfaction. No one said goodbye or thank you.

I think they actually use a bit of lamb mixed with some veal, whereas the other ones in the square use only veal, which I am actually not a big fan of. The seasoning of the meats are what make this place stand out against the other places there, which pretty much taste all the same to me. Now, the pizzas are so-so, not the greatest but they're alright. Stick to their kebabs.
