Served here is Anatolian-style Manti so it is quite different from my favorite version of Manti which emanates from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. On the great central plateau of Turkey, women cooks pride themselves on who can fashion the smallest most delicate Manti and therefore the Manti winds up more resembling Gnocchi. Oh well, it's still tasty ... especially with the spicy Ezme tomato sauce served on top and the accompanying fresh baked Ekmek bread.
