Soon after, balloon is delivered WITH DOLLAR STORE BEAR AND DOLLAR STORE COOKIES. Seriously? Who would be okay with that? Utterly disgraceful. The sheer audacity of that blew me away. Whoever made that judgment call should be ashamed of themselves. UPDATE: I appreciate the response and I'm sure you folks run an otherwise stellar business.
