DO NOT SHOP HERE! First let me start by saying infinity flowers in Washington township IS A RIP OFF 2/12/16 at 3:59 I received a phone call . They woman asked me what time I would be working till and that she was calling from infinity flowers to deliver . Shocked I called my husband , and questioned how they could ruin this surprise , and requested that he canceled because I was completely turned off from the lack of understanding what a nice feeling it is to be surprised from flowers . The service is paid for essentially the service to deliver and surprise , honestly speaking my husband brings me home flowers all the time at half the cost . At around 5:30 , 30 minutes prior to me leaving work I receive flowers . These flowers were a disgrace to what people receive valentine day weekend. The flowers were shorter than the height of a piece of paper . No one had even noticed the loving gesture my husband had made because the flowers were so tiny. They were less than average looking and in an ugly vase. After calling my husband he had informed me he had paid for the supreme set of flowers that included a teddy bear. Not only was there no teddy bear included as said before the flowers were tiny!!! My husband than called the store and spoke to a women who first tried to bribe him. Then followed by the owner of the store who threatened to fight him if he returned the flowers. This business is a disgrace. They are lucky I did not call the cops for my husband. However I will leave reviews on every site possibly for the fraudulent activity and horrendous attitudes of the disgusting unorganized human beings that work here. I am making a complaint to the BBB. I hope no ONE EVER DOES BUSINESS with this " business" My husband paid a grand total of 130.00 for completely crap and disrespect. This business ruined my husbands image and made him look like a cheap ass. I will not tolerate the disrespect and fraud. I hope to let you know that the car business is a small community and I plan to let every person I come in contact to never order from the business. I want my husband to get a full refund. It has been days since he was to be awarded a " store credit " Of course that never happened but not surprising from a business like this. Look at these images. Not a regular at flower shops, but my experience here was fantastic. I needed some flowers for my anniversary... some Googling found out that this was a block away. Didn't see it at first. They lack a sign, and I couldn't tell if it was open, but don't let that deter you. It's there. When I entered, the very sweet lady working there asked what I was looking for. I explained what my SO liked and did not like, and told her a price range, and she put together a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. I got a bit worried halfway through and reminded her of the cost... she wasn't even halfway to my price range. Seems much cheaper than other flower shops I've been to. Spoke with the lady further, and she explained that they just purchased the shop (explains the lack of the sign). She also said that they get their flowers fresh cut daily; nothing comes from a fridge like other shops. I don't know much about flowers, but I believe it. They looked good deal healthier than flowers I've purchased at other shops. The bouquet was beautiful and went over extremely well. Flowers lasted a good while longer than I had expected as well... perhaps due to the freshness? Bottom line... they'll be getting my business whenever I need flowers. read more

Very disappointing experience. I live in PA and wanted to send my step-mother a gift basket for her birthday. After searching and searching I finally found one I liked at Infinity Flowers. I ordered the basket and then went to do some errands. When I came back I had an email saying my order had been refunded. No reason. I called the shop and was told that they did not have the items to put in the basket so they canceled the order. I asked "why didn't someone call to tell me? Wouldn't you want to save the sale and offer something else?" The young lady on the phone did not know what to do so she asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. I said sure thinking this person would get on the phone and try to create a basket for me. Nope. The manager would not get on the phone and the rest of the conversation was done via the young lady who should not have been put in this position. I will shorten this so as not repeat all of the back and forth of the young lady having to repeat everything he and I said. "Well what else can you make?" "Candy baskets" "She does not eat candy." "Fruit baskets, we can do fruit basket." "Is there anything else you can add to the fruit basket? Like tea?" "We don't have tea, that is why we could not do your basket. We only have those items once a year." "Oh... what else could you do?" "Candy basket, fruit basket, we have some cookies. Or flowers, we can do flowers." It became obvious to me that my $60 sale from PA was not important to them. I have worked in Customer Service for most of my life. If the customer is willing to work with you, you can make them happy. I was willing, the manager at Infinity was not. read more

I have placed an order for Calalilis and roses. It was for my anniversary. The night before Anthony ( the owner) gave me a price for fresh roses for $3.99/each and a great price on the Calalilies. To make a long story short , he gave me a price of $64 total which I agreed. The following day he gave me a price of $65( higher at $1 extra dollar NO BIG DEAL) when I arrived to pick up the flower. But the worst part was that he gave me older roses that was priced at $2.99/each. When asked why "didn't you give me the roses we discussed on he said " they are the same. You need to learn to trust people". Anthony specifically told me and pointed to the fresh roses I would be getting which again I agreed was happy with. Who doesn't want fresh roses. It clearly was not the same but I didn't argue. Thinking that he would adjust the price according to the roses he gave me but he didn't. Technically I was charged $6 extra dollars (6 roses) for the older roses and $1 by him bumping the price from $64 to $65. I am a repeat customer but I will never go back to him. Its too bad because they really seem like nice people. I was very surprised that Anthony did that to me. Because of Anthony lying to my face and insulting me and not to mention increasing the price to $7 I will never go back nor will my friends. I was desperate for the flowers as I was giving it to my wife within 30-40 min of the pick up. I had no other option. I also didnt want to argue with the guy especially being an elder. Not worth it for neither party. Flowers die eventually and so will my business to him. I would suggest to anyone to be there in person when the flowers are put together and ask him to right down the price. He seemed like a natural price slider. He had no problems jacking up the price on me. His wife is a sweetheart btw. Maybe this was a one off. I just wont go back mainly because he called me a lier. The question to Anthony would be: Was $7 dollar worth losing a customer and was it worth switching from the fresh roses to the older roses? Good luck everyone! read more

Since I first walked into Infinity, I have not used another florist. They custom prepare whatever arrangement I need, they offer suggestions when I'm stuck, they provide a quick turn-around on orders, and it's all done at a fair price. I highly recommend. read more

The owner was friendly and the flowers were delivered to the right place. Other than that. The photo was not helpful. There was no significant difference from upgrading a $50 funeral arrangement to $75 at least in comparison of photo to what was delivered. It was small,dull and insignificant looking. I could have purchased a much nicer floral arrangement from Foodtown for $20 if I was able to deliver it myself. I will never use them again. I will also tell everyone who I know not to use their services. I wish I had read more than the first review before I walked into that rip off site. read more

I don't often buy from a florist since I grow my own flowers. Unfortunately we recently went to 2 wakes and went to Infinity Florist for both. I would definitely go back again. The arrangements were beautiful, service great and good value. It's very important to support local busnisses would keep going back! read more

I've been going to Infinity Flowers for several years now, getting flowers for my wife's birthday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Anniversary. I've always found them helpful in making suggestions and the prices are fair. Arrangements are very nice and delivered in a timely manner. read more
