I visit her location in Dewey and I cannot recommend her enough, such a sweet and caring person, happy to have found her. Thank you so much Santina for taking care of Kai, he's so happy to have his knots off his belly. 10/10, would recommend. read more

Incredible! My baby is so clean and fresh! Santina is amazing !!! we will be back. She received a full grooming package for 110 and a belly shave for summer. Prices are fair and she is so wonderful and gentle. read more

First grooming experience for my fluffy boy cat. He's still a baby at 1 years old (and 15 pounds!), and has struggled at maintaining his coat for a while. Finally decided to find a groomer and was so happy to find this cat only spa! Santina was super attentive and informative about what my cat likely needed and made me feel at ease. My boy does not take to brushing very easily and I was so impressed that he was able to get bathed, groomed, and even shaved some! He didn't seem overly anxious or stressed and went back to his usual dumb boy behavior shortly after returning home. Definitely a great experience! Would recommend for anyone looking for a cat groomer! read more

We came in for a nail trim for our spicy kitty. I just can't do it myself anymore. They were very friendly. They took her into one of the rooms, but the door was open. I heard them talking kindly to her. They got her trimmed up in about 6 minutes and back in her crate. There was no fuss; I didn't hear my kitty protest verbally at all. Price was very reasonable. read more

They made it a great experience for my cat and you really get what you pay for. I recommend this place to everyone! It's simply the best.

If I can rate 0 I would! My cat's nail was cut into the quick, became infected, and the staff were aggressive and refused responsibility, even stating they would not refund if a veterinarian confirmed the cause. Strongly not recommended. read more

The salon is so cute, smells good, and is the purrrfect place to send your kitty for grooming! My cat is a bit of a scaredy cat girl and she was super nervous however this specific place eased her anxiety and gave her a good bath, trim, sanitary trim, and cleaned her eyes and ears. She had so much fun and ended up napping on the way home, which I found amusing. I am not sending my precious kitty anywhere else for grooming, only here. Thank you also for taking such good care of my girl and thank you for having us! read more

The groomer understood my cats fears and is working with her to help her get used to being groomed. She also went above and beyond to when her collar accidentally fell off in the building and I left without it. Amazing service and the grooming is top notch! read more

Second time bringing my Ragdoll to Santina to get a good cleanup/lion cut shave. She is very experienced and does a fantastic job. My baby feels so good and clean after this. I'm thinking maybe she would prefer to have less hair so she is more inclined to clean herself better. Love Santina's, she does an exceptional job and will get my business for as long as I need it. Highly recommend! read more

I love this place, the groomers do an amazing job and always leave my girl smelling beautiful. Her coat has never been better and they make sure to keep her private area clean, I will continue coming here forever! It's the best and staff is super kind and friendly. Overall 11/10 place read more

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of grooming every time I've been there. Heartily recommend.

I've taken my kitty here a few times now for quick nail trims & just recently a full grooming session, & I can't rave about this place enough! Each time she is quick & thorough, all while being so sweet, gentle, & reassuring for my scared girl. They have also helped point out things to be on alert for as a first time cat owner, & I truly feel like they have my girl's best interest at heart. If you're looking for quality service & good loving for your pet, this is the place! read more

So impressed with this place!! I brought my three year old ragdoll to this groomer for the first time today. I booked online the night before, and the owner responded with an eager message confirming my appointment. The salon is clean, quiet, and a soothing environment for cats. The owners took the time to greet us and hold Willow to get to know her before I left. I could tell they really cared and they were so gentle with her. They did an amazing job grooming, her, communicated effectively, and when I cam to pick her up she was happy and calm! Can't wait to bring her back again. read more

After calling the week prior, I was a walk-in seeking nail trimming and ear cleaning for my female feline. I believe the person who helped me was Santina, and even though it was a very busy day, she took care of my girl right away, and let me know that there may be some ear mites to be attended to. It was a stressful day/week for me already and Santina was a God-send in getting us taken care of so quickly. Just based on that experience I highly recommend this business! read more

This was my cat's first time getting groomed, so we expected him to be a bit anxious. When we came back to get him after the appointment, we were told he was so scared of the dryer he started peeing and pooping everywhere! Despite this, they managed to clean him back up and get him relatively dry. We were so appreciative they didn't give up on him and even advised us to ask our vet about getting him medication for possible anxiety. Hopefully he will not be as afraid of the dryer at his next appointment. The results of the cut are fantastic for the summer, as he gets to stay cool and my allergies get a reprieve! I believe they also offered a discount on the next appointment booked within 3 months, and they gave him a little goodie bag to take home(: read more

Wow! We recently moved to Phoenix from Seattle in April and we were looking for a feline only groomer and having no luck finding one. Then the other day I tried looking again, and found Felisha! It looks like they recently opened, and we are so excited to be a regular customer! Our cat Kit loves being groomer and previously went to a feline only salon in Seattle, it was important to us that she go to a salon with no dogs. (She's a rescue, and her previous home had a large dog that she wasn't a big fan of, and we don't want to traumatize her) Not only did they take amazing care of Kit, she gave us a little goody bag of toys, and a report card for Kit :) Kit really seemed to like Felisha too! She said Kit did an amazing job and was very well behaved, which tells me she's a good person if Kit liked her so much I would definitely recommend Felisha to anyone who is looking for a groomer for their feline friends!! read more

Read the policy before you make an appointment. I cannot speak for the service, I can only tell you that this shop requires multiple visits. And if you don't comply you'll be banned. While searching for a kitty groomer I came across this shop online. When I called, it went to voice mail. Although it sounds like the groomer would take special care and attention when I read the policy online, there are quite a few rules that I wouldn't want to be committed to just to have my kitty groomed. Hope they modify the policy. read more

I have a big mean old calico that was a mess and was in need of some attention. Scheduling was easy, they were ready for her when I got there and were able to deal with the beast. I highly recommend Santina's Posh Paws This is my first time going to a groomer for a cat and I was very impressed from the moment I called to ask questions and they were quick to get me an appointment that worked great in my schedule. Our Maine Coon Mix (22lb) one-year-old cat got a sanitary cut and a nail trim, The groomer spoke so sweetly to our cat while she was working on him and the session was done so gentle, fast and professional. I thought my cat would be scared and he trusted his environment and the groomer. It was magical. Prices are awesome!!! Its great to find a groomer that specializes in Cats. I cannot wait for the summer months so we can get the Lion Cut for our Maine Coon and this business offers that Service and cut. A++++ 5 Star Rating for sure. Location is easy to get to as well. Thank you Santina's Posh Paws, I will be telling all my friends and family who own cats about your company. read more

We took our long hair cat to Felishas last week. She greeted us right away with a happy enthusiastic attitude. We chose the teddy bear cut and bath with nail trimming. When we picked up our cat she was not all scared and freaked out. We brought her home and took her out of her carrier and she was so soft and looked awesome. No more long hair all over us or the house. I think the cat is even happier without all of that long hair. Thanks for the awesome job Felishas spa. read more

After I wrote the great review for Felisha's Feline Spa, they've dropped me as a customer like a hot potato! Felisha and Bernard have not returned any of my numerous texts or voicemails over the past month. We've had to miss a few appointments due to illness and offered to pay them. No word. Not very good customer service or professional! For these reasons, I no longer recommend their service. That's not how to treat people or good work ethics!!! read more

I've gone to Felisha's Feline Spa a couple times now and absolutely love her! Customer service is impeccable and her work is always satisfying! My Beaux gets the medium to long haired package and he's in and out within an hour - hour and a half (which they send a text and/or call right when he's done)! There is an abundance of package selections and add one all at reasonable prices. The environment is very calming and quiet, perfect for my sometimes nervous boy. I always feel at ease leaving him there, knowing he'll get top tier care. The store itself is decorated adorably and is well kept and clean. Did I mention you also get discounts and kitty goodie bags after every visit (Beaux always enjoys the treats she provides)!? Below is my long haired tuxedo who also wants to say thank you Felisha!!! read more

Attention all Felisha's customers... The business is under new ownership. I took my two ragdolls in for their previously scheduled appointments today & was surprised - no notice of change in ownership at all. All my appointments reminders still used the "Felicia's" name, too. The new owner is nice, but the quality of grooming is not at all what I have come to expect. Both cats shed, but they have more fur comming off of them now than before their appointments! One of my ragdolls has uneven scissor marks all over him & his "pants" are gone. He also has what looks like iodine on one of his paws/claws, and it looks and feels like cleanser may not have been fully rinsed off of his back end. Not remotely the same quality at all! Wishing the best to the new owner, but I don't plan to return.Miss you Felisha & Bernard! read more

Although no longer Felisha's - I believe it is now Santini's, we are extremely happy with the new Owner. We really liked the old Owners as well. We were not told, prior to our appointment, that the Ownership had changed. That being said, the environment continues to be inviting, calm and clean - something important for our precious kitty. Our 14-year old Persian Griz was given his teddy bear clip and he looks absolutely adorable. We highly recommend this venue and will be back! read more

So Very satisfied! My baby Cleo has been having a hard time adjusting to apartment living and with me being 8 months pregnant I can't give her the grooming care she needs. Felishas worked so well with me for a same day visit. I was nervous because Cleo can be very particular and I thought she might be hard to handle but they were so amazing with her, they went slow and made her feel very comfortable. She came home so happy and playful! She smells amazing and is so relaxed and she loves the toys they sent home with her! They did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back again! read more

If I could give more stars, I would. I've been taking our two cats here since January for lion cuts and baths, and the service and experience has been incredible. I feel so lucky we've found them, and it's worth the drive to Mesa. #1. It's so calm -- there are NO DOGS. It's cats only. No barking, noise and stress. #2. It's so clean. #3. Our cats LOVE it. One is super shy and the other has been aggressive with groomers in the past. Not here. They LOVE getting groomed by Felisha. #4. They treat our cats like family -- Today we picked them up from a horrible boarding experience where they smelt like urine. I texted them and they squeezed us in, even staying late to get our girls clean and happy. THANK YOU Felisha and Bernard. Our cat family is so grateful for you!!! read more

Very happy with the personal and friendly service. Don't be fooled by the location or the outside of the strip mall where it's located. Once you walk in there is a nurturing, "cute" and personal vibe. This is the first time our kitty was groomed and I'm so glad this was her first experience. We are definitely bringing Lady back in 8 weeks. Very happy with the price and the quality of the grooming. read more

Felisha's did a beautiful job grooming my cat. I will definitely return and recommend the service.

Extremely impressed with the experience I had here today! My kitty Ivy did so well, she looks absolutely amazing, her coat is the best I have ever seen it, she feels like silk! The best possible grooming spot for your special family feline! We have been bringing our two boys Tiger and Jack here and they receive the most careful and gentle services. This is our second visit. The first one went great. But this second visit has been nothing but disappointment. The groomers were yelling at each other for the whole hour that they were grooming my cat, totally ignoring the fact that they were creating an anxious and terrifying environment for my cat! I understand that we all have our moments, but this is your place of business and you're working with animals that feed off of your energy. It was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I will never take my cat back there ever again. read more

Just took my persian cat in for a grooming at Felishas Feline Spa. A great experience for my cat and for me. After losing a groomer when they went out of business, I tried a mobile groomer with terrible results. My daughter found Felishas and I'm so thankful. The staff are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and I was able to wait for my cat to be done. They even gave him a goodie bag!
