The hostess told me to choose a table outside & since there were 5 of us & all of the outdoor tables only sat 4, we decided to sit at the 8-seater table. When the hostess came out, she stated with a smile, "normally we don't allow parties to sit here if there's not a lot of people but since there's no one out here it's fine today." A bit confusing since we were told to choose a table ourselves & because the other tables were 4 seaters. One person ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich was sweet & tangy. The breading on the chicken was mushy not crunchy which was a bit disappointing. Since it was Chipotle chicken, the person was expecting it to be spicy but it wasn't. She was asked pink or no pink for her burger, she asked for pink but her patty came out well done & dry. There was only melted cheese, lettuce & a tomato inside, no condiments or sauce so she said it was pretty dry & disappointing. She rated this meal a 1/5. I ordered their braised beef tacos (2) with a side of cucumber tomato & onion salad. The salad was great. Sadly, the braised beef was also dry. It came with some cabbage slaw & creamy sauce inside. The flavors weren't meshing together for me for this meal. I would rate it a 2/5 & would probably not order it again. I'd like to come back & try different meals because i think this place has potential. Maybe I'll come back & try their breakfast/brunch.
