    Made it to the casino
    Heather H.

We come here once a year for competitions. Rooms are basic, no microwave, no coffee pot There is a mini fridge and small toiletries in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming but the casino itself isn't my favorite. Filled with stinky cigarette smoke our hair and clothing are so smelly just from walking through. The marketing is kinda sketchy, I received a promo flyer in the mail for free play if we stayed on certain dates. We stayed on the dates but did not get the credits and I spoke with 3 different people to ask why. Short answer was I only get the free play if I booked through their non user friendly website. If we didn't have to come here I probably would not come back here. Parking is "free" but if you're a hotel guest you get "resort" fees. This place is so far from a resort its laughable. It has several food options in the food court area. The bowling alley that we got a Bogo deal for at checkin was only for non cosmic bowling and we were only able to attend during cosmic hours, again slimy marketing schemes.

Parking: Easy & Free Lobby: Clean, easy to navigate, plenty of signs to guide you Expo Meeting Room space: Fantastic Drawback? Too much cigarette smoke wafting. I know it's normal for people to gamble & smoke, but air purifiers can make it more bearable for the rest of us.

This review is based on the restaurant The Brass Fork. We didn't stay here we stayed on the strip but we came here Saturday and Sunday for breakfast. Did a little slot play but that was it. Had a Bloody Mary on Sunday for breakfast with my steak and eggs. It was delicious. The steak knife they gave me was so dull the serrated knife worked best to cut my steak. Hash browns nice and crispy and my eggs were cooked to perfection both days. Saturday I had the American breakfast bacon , eggs and hash browns and marbled rye toast. We plan on going back and staying here.

Came here for the $1.99 margaritas....yum! Easy parking and not a lot of people. We ate at the Brass Fork and got the special $5.99 cheeseburger and fries but Must have the players club card. The burger patty was a little small but it was cooked nicely with a bit of char on it and the bun was toasted. The fries were good and served with ketchup. Our server was Sandra who was very nice.

We have visited the Santa Fe Station Casino off and on over the past 5 years to attend concerts at the Chrome Showroom, for casino play and sports betting, watch their live DJs, and eat at the variety of restaurants they have. This casino has it all to include a movie theater, bowling alley, showroom, restaurants and lounge, poker room and more. The staff is friendly and parking is easy and free. The only negative is that smoking is allowed in the casino so sometimes you will notice it. Overall, it is a very good establishment and we have had good experiences here.

I've never stayed at this hotel. But I did visit their movie theaters, enjoyed several eateries at their food court and did a little bit of gambling. Every bit of customer service that I received across the board was decent/pleasant and made for a good visit.

No frozen margs today, they "ran out" -- huh? Otherwise, it's a decent sized casino with a pretty decent sportsbook.

Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino off of N. Rancho Dr. This is definitely my hole in the wall place to get their Hamburger & Fries deal for $5.99 plus tax. It's 24/7 but you have to physically show your Boarding Pass Rewards Card (free to sign up) and eat the meal there. I'm fine with that when my total for 2 burger & fries, 2 drinks and 2 dinner salads comes out to $25 and change. I use to come here for an inexpensive meal, but that has definitely changed. Even though the prices now-a-days are higher, some more than others, so finding deals are great for those sudden hunger cravings. The burgers and fries were hot, fresh and well prepared. The burgers came with the usual fixings and the fries still had a nice snap and didn't taste like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp. The restaurant called "The Brass Fork" has many seatings, but for some reason certain sections are hardly open so seating is contained in a specific section, you may experience a short wait. All the servers are very nice there. I've never had any issues with service. Don't expect anything flashy - while functional, the casino itself is dated, dimly lit and mundane. At night we lined up along the balustrade and watched the show. It was so much fun seeing so many people show up. Bellagio is one of my favorite, centralized hotels on the strip. Lots of great photo ops around this Italian-inspired property. Water elements are prominent. Take note of Fiori di Como. Its a beautiful art piece in the main lobby. I love the vibrancy and colors of the glass flowers. It sets the tone of the of hotel: Elegance, grandness, and beauty. Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. The floral theme is detailed, creative, and enchanting. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The room felt much smaller, and the layout was awkward - the bed was facing the closet instead of the TV like shown in the advertised photos. It honestly felt like a downgrade compared to what was advertised during booking. When I requested a room change, I had to wait almost an hour. On top of that, after checking in, I had to call three separate times for luggage assistance, and it took over 2 hours for the bellman to finally bring our luggage to the room. For a luxury hotel that markets itself as a premium experience, this level of service was extremely disappointing. The property itself is beautiful and modern, and the food hall was good, but the room mismatch and poor service really affected the overall experience. I expected much better communication, organization, and hospitality from a hotel at this level.

Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
