    Bingo room at Red Rock
    Shannon M.

My husband and I love staying at Red Rock Casino and Resort whenever we are in Las Vegas. It has become one of our go to hotels, and one of our favorite activities here is playing bingo together. Huge shout out to Michelle and Eron for being such amazing bingo hosts. They are always friendly, welcoming, and consistently provide top notch customer service. They make every session fun. The resort itself is beautiful and a nice escape from the busier parts of the Strip. We always enjoy our stays here and cannot wait to come back.

Bonus in progress. 3 small ones so far

A beautiful casino that used to be the flagship of the Station Casino chain. I believe the Durango has taken its place as the key casino. It's still nice to visit, although I haven't been back in quite a while. The casino is huge and packed with a wide variety of slot machines. The sportsbook is fairly large but it is showing its age. It has served as the model for the new sportsbook at the Sunset Casino with an almost identical layout. What's great about placing a bet at a Station Casino is that you can cash your ticket at any of their locations. Boyd Casinos forces you to cash in tickets at the location where the bet was placed or mail in your ticket via registered mail. William Hill also allows you to cash in at any casino who is part of their group. My favorite slot machine at the Stations continues to at least let me play for an extended length of time so I can pad my comp points even if I don't make a profit. Many of the older restaurants have been replaced so if you had an old favorite, you'd better check to see if it still exists. The buffet that was once a huge draw has been taken out I'm not sure that was a wise move. Many patrons now go to other casinos and don't spend their gambling money there anymore. I was only able to spend a few hours there since we were dropping off some people and getting them checked in. I'm impressed that he's acquired VIP status with Station Casinos and receives prior entry to restaurants and hotel check in as well as VIP access to a reserved section of the parking lot. It's still worth driving out to Summerlin to eat, play, or stay at Red Rock. Much less of a hassle than dealing with casinos on the Strip. Check it out if you've never been

We just stayed at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa for a Friday-Saturday-Sunday getaway and it was absolutely amazing! We splurged on the Signature Suite with the king signature bed -- which typically starts around $499-$509 per night for that suite style (so three nights was a lovely weekend treat!) -- and every dollar felt worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere and vibe -- sophisticated but warm, stylish without feeling stuffy. The customer service was seriously top‑tier -- everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuine. We especially loved how clean everything was -- our suite sparkled, and the housekeeping team made sure it stayed that way every time they cleaned. And talk about service speed: those bellmen were lightning fast with our luggage, and any time we asked for extra pillows or blankets, they arrived in record time with big smiles. The room itself -- with that cozy king bed and plenty of space -- was the perfect retreat after busy days exploring. And little touches like fast check‑in, thoughtful amenities, and spotless spaces made us feel genuinely pampered. If you're looking for a wonderful Las Vegas off‑Strip experience with beautiful rooms, stellar service, and a truly awesome atmosphere, this place is a winner. We already can't wait to go back!

The Cheese Shop of Beverly Hills POP UP at Red Rock
    Laura A.

The most exciting thing to do yesterday was to go to Red Rock Casino and try The Cheese Store Of Beverly Hills Pop Up. WOW! I am so lucky that I went extra early. Our local newspaper (The Las Vegas Review Journal) posted the WRONG HOURS (12-5) for this event that took place 11-4. I got there about 10:30 and I still had to wait about an hour to get in and order. Once inside at the time I went there was plenty of cheeses to try. They also served fancy crackers and some lunch meats. After about an hour we finally got to order. My husband was going to order extra food for another time but everything was pre-made and nothing could be special ordered. I was surprised that they weren't selling cheeses. Anyways we tried a sandwich and a Jidori Chicken Caesar salad. They didn't have any seating so we strolled to the food court to find a table. When I opened ur to go I noticed that they DIDN"T give us any napkins and they didn't GIVE A FORK to give me a fork for my salad. The food was ok but could have been better. The sandwich bread was good but the sandwich seemed like it might have been made yesterday? The filling was squashed hard together and didn't have that fresh sandwich texture to it. My husband thought that the provolone cheese seemed like not the best. So the sandwich was ok. I had the Jidori Chicken Caesar Salad. It was OK. It was well sized but seemed like an average chicken Caesar salad. I saw our local Food Critic's pictures from this same event. Latter in the event many more goodies were brought out for sampling. My husband got mad when he saw the pictures because we went treated the same. I noticed only an hour latter there must have been well over a thousand people in line waiting to get in and the line went well around and a long way down the casino.

My family and I stayed here for the first time last week. I really like how they have activities you can do with the kids during the day such as bowling , movies , arcade, pool, walking distance shopping center and kid friendly foods in the food court such as Panda Express and wing stop! My kids like the food options and the sweet treats. I got excited when I seen a with love always is coming soon! We tried with love always on our trip and it was amazing as well. Can't wait to go back :)

Family road trip to Vegas! The Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is honestly a nice hotel. My cousins held their wedding here. My family and I checked in here mainly because we were given a group discount for my cousin's wedding. We booked 3 rooms and requested for 2 of them to be connected and the other room to be located next door. Check-in is at 15:00, and check out is at 11:00. We arrived a little before 15:00. We were thankful that our rooms were ready a bit early. They were able to accommodate connecting rooms, but one room was a door away. The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, vanity kits, and towels. We were given fresh towels on our second day. The housekeepers were quick and efficient. We asked for a few more bath robes because there were only two robes provided in each room. The front desk agent over the phone was hesitant to provide us more bath robes for whatever reason and stated she'll have to speak to her Housekeeping Manager first .. over bath robes?? I thought it was odd that she made a big deal because the robes were considered a free amenity. The alcohol and snack bar were not complimentary of course. The note clearly states that if an item was removed for more than 15 seconds, then it will be charged to the room. I did not like that the mini fridge was stocked with overpriced alcohol and drinks. There was no other fridge provided in the room, so we couldn't store any leftover food or drinks we had. Other than the hotel rooms, the resort had many dining options like Starbucks for your quick coffee fix, fast food for late night bites, desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth, fine dining for date nights, and bars to grab a cocktail. There was live entertainment at the bar as well. There's also more dining options and shopping at the plaza located across the resort. The casino is huge with tables and slot machines everywhere. I appreciated the signage and arrows because we often got lost. For family friendly activities, they have a bowling alley and a movie theater. Service was quick & efficient. Majority of everyone we encountered was courteous. Check out was easy. My biggest advice is to take videos and photos of the snack and alcohol bar to have proof nothing was used or taken. We were emailed our billing on the day of departure. A day after checking the billing, we noticed we were charged $15 for an amenity from the snack bar we did not take. My aunt called the hotel to dispute the charges. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There's many entertainment, so we never got bored. There's endless dining options, so we were never hungry. Although our specific room location requests were not accommodated, the rooms itself were decent.

I did not stay in any of the rooms this review is based on the casino and the amenities within the property. Beautiful hotel with many activities and many types of restaurants to eat at for a quick bite or for a full dining experience. Beautiful property located in Summerlin with plenty of FREE parking.

    Stadium craps betting.

Is it fair to give this place a 1 star because they took a lot of my money that day? Probably not a fair review. This on the west side of vegas near Summerlin. I'm a craps player and this is still afforable even though $15-$25 dollar tables does not fit my budget. They do have stadium craps which is like virtual better with live dice that can be rolled. The only thing you have to deal with is they move fast and rolling the dice with lots of bumps when you roll them. You can't roll them across or else dealer will warn you to hit the wall over and over again. Lucky Penny is there 24/7 diner that you can eat from and at 12 they have their version of steak and eggs special. Special note** You must have a players card in order to have their special which you can get at the cashier cage.

We're in Vegas for the weekend celebrating a birthday. Day 1 was decent overall, aside from the strong moldy smell in our room. We brushed it off because we spent most of the day out enjoying Vegas and were looking forward to our second night in a different room under another reservation. Day 2 started off much better. We moved rooms and were happy with the "upgrade" until we came back later that night ready to shower and wind down. There was no mold smell in the room but shower was completely filled with standing water because the drain was totally clogged. It was disgusting. There was no way I was stepping into what felt like a cesspool of who-knows-what. I went down to the front desk to report the issue and was assured someone would come "right away." We called at 9:30 PM. Maintenance didn't arrive until 12:44 AM -- nearly three and a half hours later. By that point, our entire night was ruined. Instead of relaxing, we spent hours waiting around for a basic issue to be addressed. To make matters worse, throughout our stay we repeatedly overheard hotel employees openly complaining about the number of guests, making comments like, "These people need to go home." It was uncomfortable and honestly disappointing to hear as paying guests who have supported this property for years. And "it's EDC weekend" shouldn't be the reason for sub-par service. What's most frustrating is that this isn't our first stay here. We've been loyal guests since opening and have come to expect a certain level of quality and service from Cosmopolitan. Moldy rooms, unusable showers, delayed maintenance, and staff openly expressing frustration toward guests is not the experience you expect from a property at this price point. On a positive note, I was connected with Operations Manager Brandon at checkout. He said he would make this right but needed time to deliver SO to be continued. Also, shoutout to the housekeeping staff, who were always friendly as we walked through the corridors. Really disappointing stay from what used to be one of our favorite places in Vegas. I'll update this post to let everyone know how Cosmopolitan responds.

When I am paying $$$ for a luxury hotel stay, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a Keurig or Nespresso machine in the room to provide basic coffee and tea. I'm sure it has to do with funneling money into concessions by forcing guests to get coffee at one of the merchants downstairs. This is really my only gripe. So with that out of the way... Check-in was very easy. My room was ready about 45 minutes before check-in. Staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. I had a Sphere view room on the 26th floor. Very pleased with the view! I probably wouldn't spring for Sphere view a second time but it was nice to have for my first stay there. I appreciated the extra safety measure of having to "card in" to go to the elevator to the rooms. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The room is more like a studio apartment with no wall or door to divide between sleeping and living space. The bed was comfortable. Two large TV's - one in the common/living space and one in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large, clean, and had plenty of towels. Appreciated the seated vanity. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but this seems to be normal for pretty much all hotels. They seem to have good soundproofing because not once did I hear any neighbors, no people noises from the hallway, and no doors to other rooms closing loudly. The hotel is huge. Initially it feels overwhelming but you quickly figure out how to get around. Lots of helpful signage. Casino is spacious, clean, and very well ventilated. People were smoking but I didn't smell it. Games are unsurprisingly tight. There is a massive amount of dining options. I had several outstanding meals. I heard a lot about how expensive Vegas is but coming from the Bay Area I felt like the dining prices were about the same, if not less in some instances. Pro tip: There's a Walgreens just outside the hotel where you can get water and other sundries for much less than inside the hotel. The mall was more of a touristy thing. Aside from Louis Vuitton, I didn't see anything that compelled me to want to shop. I did like the feeling of being "outdoors". I appreciated that pretty much everything you want or need is within the Venetian. Unless you have some outside attraction to go to, you can literally stay within the hotel and be satisfied and entertained. Leaving was so simple. Check-out is available online. There's a queue with endless taxis to take you wherever you want to go. As expensive as this hotel can be, I would be hard pressed to stay somewhere else while in Vegas.

Free parking for locals and hotel guests. A plus in a town that nickel and dimes you for everything. So many food options! We tried Mother Wolf (separate review for that). As we waited for reservation we decided to get a drink at one of their bars- unfortunately the bar across from the restaurant had a stressed out bartender (Asian woman) so we decided to check out Collin's (recommended by the host of Mother Wolf. Great Staff, excellent service, yummy drinks and a piano player as well. My husband liked their signature Bleu Zombie IPA. We had a lovely time while we waited. We will be back to the hotel to explore more of their restaurants and their spa. Very impressed.

On my second day, someone knocked on the door and asked me if I touched anything in the mini-fridge. I told them I put water in there, and he chastised me that they told me not to touch anything or they would fine me. They didn't tell me anything about it. Mr. Refrigerator CSI even verified that one of the drinks seems to have been out of place after I admitted I had looked in there. I'm sure it made his day to have power for 3 minutes. They have a drawer to keep your drinks mildly cold. There should be a sign that says "refrigerator is for price gouging only". Water pressure was good, which is usually crappy at hotels. It's a bit far away from the strip, but I did that on purpose. When I left I was fined for farting.

My first stay was 5-star worthy but this time there were a few things that left me wanting. It started with the front desk lady who was decent but was hurried and not as helpful as I'd like. When I asked where we could leave our luggage she just said valet but didn't tell us precisely where we should go so we walked in circles. She also didn't share where the rooms were but having been there before I was okay there. They do have a pretty slick process where you get a text and it walks you through a lot of the information I thought she might have provided so if she would have even explained that part to me it would have been better. Fortunately our room was ready early so we didn't have to drag our luggage around for hours or until we found someone to hold them for us. The room was in the Spa Tower and was nice. It had a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as his and hers sinks. The bed was comfortable and, although being on the 7th floor wasn't great for the best views, it still was a good vantage point to see the ferris wheel and part of the sphere and the Bellagio fountains. On the downside, the sinks periodically emitted sewage smells. But the worst thing was they started doing some drilling that started at 5:30am on Monday. You read that correct, 5:30am! And it was so loud that when I went down to the 4th and then the 1st floors I could still hear it loud and clear. This was incredibly inconsiderate. When I got to the 1st floor I saw another guest complaining about it too. I get it, renovations have to take place. But at a decent hour! The next day they didn't start until about 8:30am, which was much more reasonable.

Everything feels luxurious from the beautiful floral displays to the lighting, decor, and the fresh clean scent throughout the property. Every area looked spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere inside feels upscale but still welcoming. There are so many beautiful restaurants, lounges, and little details everywhere you look. Even just walking through the casino and shopping areas felt elegant and relaxing compared to some other crowded Strip hotels. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when directing guests to the theater. Parking was easy and having free parking for Nevada locals was a huge plus. The entire property has that "wow" factor and definitely adds to the overall experience when attending shows like Awakening. Would absolutely come back just to walk around, eat, or enjoy another show.

I brushed it off as weird, but it stuck and it comes up as a gps option ONLY when I'm in my vehicle. Nowhere else do I open Maps and get suggested "Whispers" as a top option. I literally just last night had a convo with someone who joked about Whispers being a low-level strip club, and now I know exactly why it's in my car's logged trips. I go to several local adult venues in town. I have never ONCE even considered learning the address of Whispers. There is no connection to anyone I know, either. I wonder where they took my car and what they did to/in it. Please get an interior camera for your car. Put an AirTag in the TRUNK, as well. Put an alert on your phone (make sure it's set to alert you when DND is on). Your phone knows where you last parked your car in Maps - it does NOT know if the car moves while you're away. Cameras and tags are not super expensive, but I'd pay $$ just to see the face of the loser who stole my car and brought it back with a device attached to it. The location of The Reserve is near to the T-Mobile Arena and other MGM properties. You can even catch the free Aria Express to transit from The Park, Aria, Vdara, and Bellagio resorts, which is especially helpful during the hot Summer months in Las Vegas. The Reserve at Park MGM is located on the top four upper floors of Park MGM (formerly Monte Carlo). Its driveway is located on West Park Avenue off of either South Frank Sinatra Drive or South Las Vegas Boulevard. There are fewer than 300 rooms and suites at The Reserve, each decorated with a distinct New York style by French architect and designer Jacques Garcia. Each room is appointed with custom furnishings, Bellino linens, and large flat screen TVs. Many suites also feature free-standing pedestal bathtubs and separate water closets. Since we've stayed at this property over the past six years, we have noticed there have been no decor changes or improvements to its excellent services. In the past, we've stayed in various-sized suites, ranging from 700 sq ft (Grande Suite) to 409 sq ft (Classic King). The property is completely non-smoking. They still offer free bottled water (10 oz) and bed slippers in your room, unlike some other properties. Check-in is quick and easy, and can be done on your smartphone, while check-out can be done on your television. Either way, you can reduce the risk of being caught in a crowd at the reception desk.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. Connie was at the reception and welcomed me warmly. Parking is free. That's right. FREE. For your entire duration of stay.
