Going out to eat Dinner tonight at Red Rock with our friends but prior to that my husband and I wanted to Sit at the sport book and Gamble a bit as well. Red Rock Casino is a beautiful Casino that Locals Love. It has that sophisticated charm about it but it also has that Family feel as well. This is one of the Local Casino's that has Kid's Quest, as well as an amazing Movie theater for the kids to enjoy! And the adults has the Gambling aspect, the Sports book, Bingo, Keno, the amazing high end restaurants and great shows. There is something for everyone here and we love the Free Parking !!!

Bonus in progress. 3 small ones so far

A beautiful casino that used to be the flagship of the Station Casino chain. I believe the Durango has taken its place as the key casino. It's still nice to visit, although I haven't been back in quite a while. The casino is huge and packed with a wide variety of slot machines. The sportsbook is fairly large but it is showing its age. It has served as the model for the new sportsbook at the Sunset Casino with an almost identical layout. What's great about placing a bet at a Station Casino is that you can cash your ticket at any of their locations. Boyd Casinos forces you to cash in tickets at the location where the bet was placed or mail in your ticket via registered mail. William Hill also allows you to cash in at any casino who is part of their group. My favorite slot machine at the Stations continues to at least let me play for an extended length of time so I can pad my comp points even if I don't make a profit. Many of the older restaurants have been replaced so if you had an old favorite, you'd better check to see if it still exists. The buffet that was once a huge draw has been taken out I'm not sure that was a wise move. Many patrons now go to other casinos and don't spend their gambling money there anymore. I was only able to spend a few hours there since we were dropping off some people and getting them checked in. I'm impressed that he's acquired VIP status with Station Casinos and receives prior entry to restaurants and hotel check in as well as VIP access to a reserved section of the parking lot. It's still worth driving out to Summerlin to eat, play, or stay at Red Rock. Much less of a hassle than dealing with casinos on the Strip. Check it out if you've never been

The Bad - they just replaced the pizza place. The pizza was amazing and the best pizza around !!! Now the new good pies pizza SUCKS !!! I mean it. I prefer to praise and not complain, but this pizza absolutely SUCKS ! Red Rock casino is Still my favorite local hangout. I'm here 3-5 days a week. My wife plays the slots and I watch and gamble on sports. The yard house, Oyster bar and rouge room are excellent!!! The people are great that work here !!! But again - note to the owners - YOU SCREWED UP on the pizza change !!! Get the side piece pizza back and pay them more !!! - best pizza in town you threw away !!! Good pies - TERRIBLE pizza.

I love the scent that you smell when you first step into the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, especially near the registration desk. IIRC Green Valley Resort has a similar scent. Great job to whoever from Station Casinos picked that scent. The rooms are modern and comfortable for working or relaxing. The bed is soft/firm, and super comfortable. The room has plenty of outlets for charging phones and computers and cameras etc. The room service options are amazing - I was honestly impressed with the New York Strip steak (dinner portion) I ordered. The shrimp cocktail had an amazing presentation, and they used huge shrimp... the cocktail sauce and horseradish both had a great flavor. The horseradish was creamy and not too strong... BUT! This dish was $18 so I expected more than 4 pieces of shrimp, even if they were huge shrimp, and photogenic. Cmon man. 18 dollars for that! There are several good food options inside RedRock Casino. I was there for a "work trip staycation" because I got booked to shoot a PR campaign nearby in the Red Rock Canyon area. We booked several rooms and ate at Red Rock Casino every day/night. Lucilles BBQ is a good option for those looking for something hearty but casual. Order the beef ribs. Hearthstone has a more upscale feel, with beautiful atmosphere (the ambiance and the hostesses were both fire), especially around dinnertime/sunset. They had really good appetizers, but the standout here is the Prime Rib. Order that! Yard House is good too, for a casual meal... esp for those who drink beer. I don't. Anyway, there are lots of things to do at Red Rock Casino. Great place to go for a work trip or staycation!

Family road trip to Vegas! The Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is honestly a nice hotel. My cousins held their wedding here. My family and I checked in here mainly because we were given a group discount for my cousin's wedding. We booked 3 rooms and requested for 2 of them to be connected and the other room to be located next door. Check-in is at 15:00, and check out is at 11:00. We arrived a little before 15:00. We were thankful that our rooms were ready a bit early. They were able to accommodate connecting rooms, but one room was a door away. The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, vanity kits, and towels. We were given fresh towels on our second day. The housekeepers were quick and efficient. We asked for a few more bath robes because there were only two robes provided in each room. The front desk agent over the phone was hesitant to provide us more bath robes for whatever reason and stated she'll have to speak to her Housekeeping Manager first .. over bath robes?? I thought it was odd that she made a big deal because the robes were considered a free amenity. The alcohol and snack bar were not complimentary of course. The note clearly states that if an item was removed for more than 15 seconds, then it will be charged to the room. I did not like that the mini fridge was stocked with overpriced alcohol and drinks. There was no other fridge provided in the room, so we couldn't store any leftover food or drinks we had. Other than the hotel rooms, the resort had many dining options like Starbucks for your quick coffee fix, fast food for late night bites, desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth, fine dining for date nights, and bars to grab a cocktail. There was live entertainment at the bar as well. There's also more dining options and shopping at the plaza located across the resort. The casino is huge with tables and slot machines everywhere. I appreciated the signage and arrows because we often got lost. For family friendly activities, they have a bowling alley and a movie theater. Service was quick & efficient. Majority of everyone we encountered was courteous. Check out was easy. My biggest advice is to take videos and photos of the snack and alcohol bar to have proof nothing was used or taken. We were emailed our billing on the day of departure. A day after checking the billing, we noticed we were charged $15 for an amenity from the snack bar we did not take. My aunt called the hotel to dispute the charges. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There's many entertainment, so we never got bored. There's endless dining options, so we were never hungry. Although our specific room location requests were not accommodated, the rooms itself were decent.

We just stayed at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa for a Friday-Saturday-Sunday getaway and it was absolutely amazing! We splurged on the Signature Suite with the king signature bed -- which typically starts around $499-$509 per night for that suite style (so three nights was a lovely weekend treat!) -- and every dollar felt worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere and vibe -- sophisticated but warm, stylish without feeling stuffy. The customer service was seriously top‑tier -- everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuine. We especially loved how clean everything was -- our suite sparkled, and the housekeeping team made sure it stayed that way every time they cleaned. And talk about service speed: those bellmen were lightning fast with our luggage, and any time we asked for extra pillows or blankets, they arrived in record time with big smiles. The room itself -- with that cozy king bed and plenty of space -- was the perfect retreat after busy days exploring. And little touches like fast check‑in, thoughtful amenities, and spotless spaces made us feel genuinely pampered. If you're looking for a wonderful Las Vegas off‑Strip experience with beautiful rooms, stellar service, and a truly awesome atmosphere, this place is a winner. We already can't wait to go back!

The Cheese Shop of Beverly Hills POP UP at Red Rock
    Laura A.

The most exciting thing to do yesterday was to go to Red Rock Casino and try The Cheese Store Of Beverly Hills Pop Up. WOW! I am so lucky that I went extra early. Our local newspaper (The Las Vegas Review Journal) posted the WRONG HOURS (12-5) for this event that took place 11-4. I got there about 10:30 and I still had to wait about an hour to get in and order. Once inside at the time I went there was plenty of cheeses to try. They also served fancy crackers and some lunch meats. After about an hour we finally got to order. My husband was going to order extra food for another time but everything was pre-made and nothing could be special ordered. I was surprised that they weren't selling cheeses. Anyways we tried a sandwich and a Jidori Chicken Caesar salad. They didn't have any seating so we strolled to the food court to find a table. When I opened ur to go I noticed that they DIDN"T give us any napkins and they didn't GIVE A FORK to give me a fork for my salad. The food was ok but could have been better. The sandwich bread was good but the sandwich seemed like it might have been made yesterday? The filling was squashed hard together and didn't have that fresh sandwich texture to it. My husband thought that the provolone cheese seemed like not the best. So the sandwich was ok. I had the Jidori Chicken Caesar Salad. It was OK. It was well sized but seemed like an average chicken Caesar salad. I saw our local Food Critic's pictures from this same event. Latter in the event many more goodies were brought out for sampling. My husband got mad when he saw the pictures because we went treated the same. I noticed only an hour latter there must have been well over a thousand people in line waiting to get in and the line went well around and a long way down the casino.

    Bingo room at Red Rock
    Shannon M.

My husband and I love staying at Red Rock Casino and Resort whenever we are in Las Vegas. It has become one of our go to hotels, and one of our favorite activities here is playing bingo together. Huge shout out to Michelle and Eron for being such amazing bingo hosts. They are always friendly, welcoming, and consistently provide top notch customer service. They make every session fun. The resort itself is beautiful and a nice escape from the busier parts of the Strip. We always enjoy our stays here and cannot wait to come back.

    Stadium craps betting.

Is it fair to give this place a 1 star because they took a lot of my money that day? Probably not a fair review. This on the west side of vegas near Summerlin. I'm a craps player and this is still afforable even though $15-$25 dollar tables does not fit my budget. They do have stadium craps which is like virtual better with live dice that can be rolled. The only thing you have to deal with is they move fast and rolling the dice with lots of bumps when you roll them. You can't roll them across or else dealer will warn you to hit the wall over and over again. Lucky Penny is there 24/7 diner that you can eat from and at 12 they have their version of steak and eggs special. Special note** You must have a players card in order to have their special which you can get at the cashier cage.

Woke up to a beautiful view of the pool and mountains

My family and I stayed here for the first time last week. I really like how they have activities you can do with the kids during the day such as bowling , movies , arcade, pool, walking distance shopping center and kid friendly foods in the food court such as Panda Express and wing stop! My kids like the food options and the sweet treats. I got excited when I seen a with love always is coming soon! We tried with love always on our trip and it was amazing as well. Can't wait to go back :)

I did not stay in any of the rooms this review is based on the casino and the amenities within the property. Beautiful hotel with many activities and many types of restaurants to eat at for a quick bite or for a full dining experience. Beautiful property located in Summerlin with plenty of FREE parking.

One of the best hotels off the strip nice clean rooms and affordable drinks and a very nice pool area this place is well worth the drive...

    Lauren H.

A favorite place for locals, however. For me this time I attended an exclusive event. An evening of glamor and glitter for the Holiday spirit and celebration. The rooms are lovely with views of enchanted memories and festivities. The rouge room put on the most exemplary dancing and drinks and the appetizers were just as exciting as the prime rib dinner. I highly recommend Red Rock for any celebration .

Can the "Pacific Breeze" Red Rock Casino air scent be found at their Gift Shop?

    What time is check in?

    3 PM

Do they have mobile check-in & digital key?

As of August 2023, they don't have a digital key system. I checked in with a real person at a real desk, and was given 2 plastic keys. I hope this helps!

What is the incredible scent that hits you as soon you enter the first set of double glass doors on the North side of the Casino? My father continues inside, while I stand…

    It's called Pacific Breeze, apparently.

Do you get free drinks while playing?

Yes !! Just be aware that it takes time for the server to come back and by then you could've lost some money or won.... there are also a lot less servers than there used to be pre-pandemic. Also stay in the same vicinity because they don't come…

How come you have such tight slot machines?

Great question! They’ve officially chased me off w their bs low % machines. Pure greed by the Fertitta’s.

Which restaurants inside of the resort have kids' menus?

    Nearly all.

Is overnight parking free for hotel guests?

no fees for parking. Also offer Valet parking (only cost is a tip)

Is the cost for the pool for registered guests or only outside visitors?

    Only outside visitors.

Is Bingo happening currently? Also, is the bowling alley open? Is there social distancing protocol for these activities?

They're playing bingo and the bowling alley is open.

As of now is the pool open/is it only for guests or for locals?

Is there any truth to the rumor that the room showers have very low water pressure?

I didn't think so but i also used the huge tub more often. I have thick hair & no issues washing out the shampoo

Can the lounges at the pool be use upon first come first serve? Do you have to pay to use them like this?

With the exception of lounge chairs assigned to cabanas (those chairs have different color cushions to set them apart), the lounge chairs by the pool are first come, first serve and there's no charge.

    Is their pool heated?

    The main pool is heated.

Is there free shuttle service to the trip? If so from what times do they operate?

Yes! There's a schedule on their website I think

Is this hotel for families or a weekend with a special someone?

    I would say for families

Does the sports book still have beer and food specials during college and NFL football games?

    just outside the book

    Is there overnight RV parking?

Can't say that I've ever seen RV's there. I'd call the hotel directly and ask for the concierge. They could give you a straight answer. 702-797-7777 There is an alternative…

    Is Red Rock pet friendly?

Not that I am aware- I never saw pet areas or people walking with pets. To be safe, rules change all the time, especially in summer, call Red Rock to get pet updates.

Is there live music on Saturday's? And if so what kind of music and how is the crowd?

There is most always live music, or a concert or event at the Rocks Lounge on Friday or Saturday. The ONYX Bar usually has a singer / musician on Friday and Saturday nights.…

Resorts World is the kind of place that feels like Vegas trying on its "new money, polished but…read morestill fun" persona -- and honestly, it works more often than it doesn't. The property is gorgeous, modern, and refreshingly easy to navigate compared to some of the mega‑maze casinos on the Strip. The highlights: * The rooms are sleek, tech‑forward, and surprisingly quiet given the energy downstairs. Great beds, great showers, and the kind of lighting that makes you feel like you're starring in your own music video. * The pool complex is a legit win -- spacious, clean, and not overly chaotic. Plenty of spots to chill without feeling like you're fighting for territory. * The food hall is one of the best on the Strip. Tons of variety, fast service, and prices that feel... well, Vegas‑reasonable. * Staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and efficient, which isn't always a given in Vegas. Where it loses a star: * The casino floor, while beautiful, can feel a bit sterile -- like it's missing that electric, slightly unhinged Vegas energy. * Drinks and certain restaurants lean pricey without delivering that "wow, totally worth it" moment. * Some amenities feel like they're still finding their identity. Bottom line: Resorts World is a modern, stylish, and comfortable addition to the Strip -- perfect for travelers who want a clean, upscale experience without the overwhelming chaos of older mega‑resorts. A solid 4 stars and absolutely worth a stay, especially if you value convenience, good food options, and a polished atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. Additionally, we had to call for a refill on basic items like napkins. Despite those housekeeping oversights, we had a great time and are already planning our return to this hotel!

It seems as though their renovations have been completed. If you stayed here when it was the Mandarin Oriental, you will remember you had to go to the 3rd floor to check-in. WA kept that process until the most recent reno. You now checkin upon entry, like most places, however, you still go to the 3rd floor to access the guest room elevators and restaurant. I really love all the new touches and also enjoy the touches they kept from the previous franchise. The check-in staff was above and beyond friendly and looked for ways to make sure you would best enjoy your stay. After a long drive and plane ride, it's nice to chat with people who are genuinely engaged in getting to know about your stay. We had made reservations for spa treatments for after we are arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed that time. I would go as far as to say the WA spa is one of the best spas on the strip. Fabulous. The WA is a wonderful strip hotel in a great space and a lot of convenience in and around.

Speaking of location this place is in a very good location putting many establishments within a short walk or inexpensive rideshare. This is one of those hotels where there is plenty to do within the walls of the hotel........except gambling. There is no casino in this hotel as with many hotels and I enjoyed that aspect. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

We optioned for the only rooms left 2 queen beds. Disappointing. When we finally got a room, after going back to the front desk, another person told us that the rooms WERE ready; however, there was still no king bed. He said he would comp our self-parking. (I rolled my eyes privately) (jump ahead......did NOT work when we drove out of parking to 40.00.). Restaurants were wonderful. All the services there were very good. LOUD. Really LOUD throughout the hotel. Food was wonderful, but yelling to speak to table guests. If you want to be in a nightclub for 24 hours, this is your place. The best hotel on the Strip. Period…read more We stayed in a Fountain View Terrace room, and it was everything we hoped for. At check-in, they offered us an upgrade to a Wraparound Terrace, but they couldn't guarantee a fountain view. We passed--and I'm so glad we did. At roughly 709 square feet, the room feels enormous by Vegas standards and has more than enough space to spread out. The bathroom deserves its own review. There's a massive walk-in shower and a two-person soaking tub positioned next to a window overlooking the Strip and the bedroom. It's one of those little luxuries that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the room. Then there's the balcony. This is the Vegas view. Watching the Bellagio fountains from your own private terrace never gets old. There's a couch, a chair, and plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite afternoons was alternating between a cold soak in the tub and lounging on the warm patio in the desert sun. Honestly, it was better than a spa. Robes and towels are provided... whether you wear the robes is entirely up to you. Do yourself a favor before you arrive: bring your own coffee, favorite drinks, and a few snacks. It gives the room an all-inclusive resort feel without the all-inclusive price. If you can bring yourself to leave the room, you're surrounded by some of the best food on the Strip. Grab a breakfast sandwich from Eggslut, hunt down Secret Pizza for the best New York-style slice outside of NYC, and take advantage of the incredible happy hours and restaurants throughout the resort. Final Verdict The Cosmopolitan isn't just a place to sleep--it's part of the vacation. The room, the balcony, the view, and the unbeatable food options make it the hotel I'll compare every future Vegas stay against.
