Off the path, come and find out what the Silver-ton has to offer! Many times over and over again we have been here. What's not to love ? This little area although it's a casino feels like a mall, if you live here you understand! Let's go to Bass Pro Shop! Actually it's convenient and connected to the casino . The parking is free and ample . You can get all your stuff done here and eat well too! They offer many concert venues here. They have expos once in a while during the year. They host the blood drives here. It's even family friendly. As the kids grew this particular area we spent lots of time at. The hotel is always redoing something. That smoky spot and cloudy sense is not something or feeling that this area offers. Recently they have renovated the rooms and the check in area . It's smoother to get in and out . This is more a locals haunt, but lots of others come in too. If needed you can valet in the front . Or park for free! Did you hear that . Parking is free! For those that need caffeine Starbucks is in the main lobby . It's always busy. The bars are open for those that need something stiffer. If you need to place a bet then you can go and do that too. It's family fun and adult themed entertainment too. Do you believe in mermaids? You just might see one while you're here! You can actually swim with mermaid too . Come and see what's happening today.

Outdoor event at the beautiful Silverton Hotel & Casino with great weather high 80s. A big turn out numerous food trucks for Polynesian Food, and home made crafts. Variety of entertainment from Hula to live on stage Hawaiian Music groups set up into different time slots. 5.2.26

Small hotel and casino with the Mermaid show attraction to lure guests in. The Mermaid bar has a decor of under water with front row seating in front of the tank. Each chair is named after famous Hollywood fishes like Nemo, Jaws, and Cleo. The Bass Pro Shop is connected to the casino. Sports book area is decent. It's part the of Circa group. Starbucks, Johnny Rockets, Wuhu Noodle, and Tomahawk are among the few places for dining and drinks. Wuhu seems to be the local's favorite with a long line due to its authenticity.

Great casino! Everyone there is friendly especially in the mornings. I could see why they are the contender for the best spots for locals.

You guys got the worst receptionist in grave yard the black young lady and security supervisor he was black as well and a few white man. . Never got treated with respect but I got kicked out for just trying to go to my room to sleep and got humiliated and got ganged by the security and got kicked out of our room. We were drinking and just wanted to go to sleep. Thank God we are ok. I use to be a very valuable player and never experienced this horrible treatment. I got videos of how all this happened and it's so unfair you guys need new Stafff that really do treat their customers with respect because the way I got treated was horrible and I wouldn't want anybody else to experience that. Thank you.

Scuba Santa

The renovating are very nice and the layout is easier to navigate than prior to the remodeling. This visit, we were here for a craft show and happen to spot a scuba Santa. Scuba Santa at the Silverton Casino in the mermaid tank. Santa somehow could talk to the crowd using a microphone system. My perception is that people weren't sure what to make of it and children were even rather calm (as opposed to typical enthusiasm when seing Santa). It was weird IMO, but to each their own.

Silverton, overall, was a solid local casino where I can easily see myself coming back to. They have your typical layout with slots throughout and dining along the sides of the casino. We loved the free entertainment with the aquarium and waterfall by the entrance. It was clean! That is always important to me. I cannot speak to the rooms because we are local. Hopefully, they are equally up to that standard as well. Customer Service wise, we came across Sandy. She was extremely helpful and such a positive light. We were able to all sign up for our rewards cards and she personally walked us through each step from start to finish. A wonderful experience and we ended up coming back to enjoy the 25% entree reward the following day.

Super clean rooms. and pretty big for standard room. Stay here quite often for business.. The staff definitely recognize my return. The Silverton has restaurants and a bunch of gambling to keep you busy... No to mention that huge Bass Pro Shop connected to the hotel & casino.

This Hotel/Casino is beautiful! It's super clean and smells great! Valet is free, hard to find, but yes, tip your valet attendant! They deserve. Had a nice lunch at Sundance Cafe with my girlfriend. Also shopped at Bass Pro, which is located inside the entrance. Really nice experience as a local. Highly Recommend

Lamb chops

We came to Silverton Casino for dinner at the Mi Casa restaurant. We first arrived and the hostess asked if we had a reservation we said we did not ; she offered for us to sit at the bar area where it was open seating. We sat and waited for a server no one came so we decided to make a reservation. We made the reservation and we were then seated. Brielle was our server and she was very friendly. The meals were tasty. The lamb chops were over cooked and the carnita plate had too much onions. FYI- there is plenty of seating available. We may not be back. Enjoy! :)

We came here for the aquarium and were super impressed! It's huge, the fish are amazing to watch, and the mermaid show was super neat and engaging for the kids. The tricks that the mermaid could do with bubbles were really impressive. We watched for about 15 minutes and were so glad we made the stop.

Nicely decorated for Christmas! Inside the casino was set up great with lots of fun slots and many choices of places to eat, we chose Mi Casa.

We love playing craps at the Silverton Casino. We stumbled upon it over a decade ago and whenever we visit Las Vegas, we stop by. They have a cool aquarium full of fish. Also, they are connected to the Bass Pro Shop which is cool to look around and shop.

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

Rooms are gorgeous, views were amazing (we stayed on the 50th floor). Pool area had plenty of seating and we could hear the music from the 21+ area. Fun, classy European vibe. Free parking for locals and hotel guests. A plus in a town that nickel and dimes you for everything. So many food options! We tried Mother Wolf (separate review for that). As we waited for reservation we decided to get a drink at one of their bars- unfortunately the bar across from the restaurant had a stressed out bartender (Asian woman) so we decided to check out Collin's (recommended by the host of Mother Wolf. Great Staff, excellent service, yummy drinks and a piano player as well. My husband liked their signature Bleu Zombie IPA. We had a lovely time while we waited. The room felt much smaller, and the layout was awkward - the bed was facing the closet instead of the TV like shown in the advertised photos. It honestly felt like a downgrade compared to what was advertised during booking. When I requested a room change, I had to wait almost an hour. On top of that, after checking in, I had to call three separate times for luggage assistance, and it took over 2 hours for the bellman to finally bring our luggage to the room. For a luxury hotel that markets itself as a premium experience, this level of service was extremely disappointing. The property itself is beautiful and modern, and the food hall was good, but the room mismatch and poor service really affected the overall experience. I expected much better communication, organization, and hospitality from a hotel at this level.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first.
