It has a hood patio but no music. None on a speaker or anything. I feel this would have added to the vibe. No food but you can bring your own in. Beer is good and there is a variety. Bartender was short of patience. I think he was working alone. There are better places to grab a beer in town.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Super cool pub and friendly staff. I really loved all the details about the interior. We were not able to eat here but they do have a food truck outside. We unfortunately just came when the food truck closed and almost starved to death it was quite dramatic...

Nice stop on a warm October afternoon! Downtown was bustling and this was a nice chill break from the touristy crowds. The playlist was perfect, as were the beers. I got a flight so I could try the first 5 of the core beers they keep on tap. I sat in the front room. No other sippers and the front door was wide open letting the cool afternoon breeze drift in. I highly recommend adding this to your post-shopping trip to Santa Fe. There is plenty of free parking behind. Cheers!

We came to Santa Fe brewing as a party of four on Monday, and chilled outside with our beers. I had the Pepe loco, which is their light lager. They are a great place to go for a brew and to unwind. A short and sweet visit.

This is a really cute brewery. They have a parking lot around the back which is amazing. They also have a great outdoor area with a bunch of table and benches. They had a food truck out there as well, but we didn't have a chance to try the food. We walked in through the back from the parking lot and ordered at the bar. We got a flight. It was super inexpensive for a flight of 5 beers. They have really great beers too. A fun little spot to try in Santa Fe!

An interesting brewery visit after a day full of adventure in Santa Fe ! The music in brewery was 60's ish the chairs were comfy temperature was a bit too cold as they just opened up taproom. We enjoyed a flight of beers. Java stout was by far the best beer and we happened to have it many other times that week.

    Beer chapstick and empty beer.

Awesome place to stop and have a beer! We absolutely loved it here and everyone made us feel welcomed. The outside is great with several seating areas, a stationary "food truck" that's fun and gives off a great vibe. Parking is easy and right out front. The outside looks like a fun adult park with colorful seating, grassy area and string lights above. The inside bar is clean with a variety of great beers on tap and a gift shop. This is great stop while visiting Santa Fe. Cheers!

Came out and checked this place out as it's not far from the downtown area at all and I've been to the standard location before. I wasn't even sure this place was actually going to be there as it only has two reviews! It's a small little place with the entrance around the back, a converted house. On arrival the bar was pretty full with what seemed to be locals and a few people/groups scattered around the outside seating area. They had a good selection of SF beers and also some non-SF local cider options as well as wine for the non-beer drinkers. Pints came in at around $5 each and if you sign into their WiFi you get a $1 off your next pint. It looked as if the place has food trucks too. They was a steady stream of people coming and leaving. Free stickers too but no other merch

The Brakeroom is in a great location, and outstanding beer. I wish it was open longer hours, but, eh, I'll always find a way to get there.

Smaller place with a very local feel. Inside is cozy and there are a few picnic tables outside to sit outside and enjoy a brew, wine or cider with your pup. Bartender was very on top of it. They have a good selection, mostly something for everyone including non-alcoholic options. They have board games that you can grab to play with the group, a chess table as well. A few tables were broken which created not much seating for a group. It was a fairly dark place. Some of our group commented that it smelled odd. If I was looking for a very laid back location to have a beer I'd definitely be back

I wasn't feeling it here, not a lot of shade or comfortable seating outside. The food truck had only mozzarella cheese for the burgers (?)

Dear Mr. G.,…read more You've got it in your mind that this is somehow a personal vendetta or I've got some kind of twisted motive. That would be a misconceived notion, indeed. Do you believe you're helping your cause by being personally defensive? That said, I understand how you could take this review personally and if I was in your shoes maybe I would, too. After all, you've invested way more than just mere money into your business. Blood and sweat counts for a lot. Btw, before I continue, please notice I corrected my mistaken comments about barbacoa and clams. And please also take note there isn't any animus in anything I've written, none. It's only your interpretation. Calling my HONEST review fake is no different than calling the major news networks "fake news". It's completely without substance. I've spent thousands of dollars in that dining room of yours, so I feel I have a right to speak my mind. And, of course, you've got a right to react however you see fit, but if you're paying attention you will notice I'm not the only one saying the quality of your food has slipped. Are we all exercising some personal grudge directed at you? No. And, yes, the "fresh" (is there any other kind) bread should be FREE, jeez! And you shouldn't be charging $1 for ranch dressing for my broccoli, either! And, while I'm at it, if I want to be really nitpicky, $25 for a pork chop is totally outrageous for a neighborhood bistro where we used to eat 2-3 times a week. No more. Given your price increases I can only assume the rent is really high at DeVargas. I will only add that on a previous visit a few years earlier the pork chop was $18 and I sent it back for being dry, tough and chewy. That was Robbie, not you. I'll only add that it had been prepared PERFECTLY every other time I had it. But, I digress. Contrary to what you might believe I get no pleasure from writing a critical restaurant review, but I will admit to a sense of satisfaction from being honest and, thereby, be able to caution others about certain inconsistencies at Dr. FGs. My brother who was present at the table on the fateful evening is a professional food writer with literally four decades of experience. For some years he wrote the wine and restaurant reviews for the Denver Magazine and is the author of the most definitive cookbook on northern New Mexican cuisine ever written, "Feast of Santa Fe" (Simon & Schuster). There are restauranteurs in Santa Fe who consider Feast of Santa Fe to be required reading, as it so accurately defines the uniqueness of our traditional Santa Fe culinary art. Yes, to me food is art. For what it's worth, my brother concurred with everything I stated in my review of your food from that night. In fact, he's having lunch in your dining room today, 5/4/26. He's hungry for your chicken pot pie if it's available. Oh, and, by and by, you don't even want to know what he thinks about your B-A BLT. The adjectives would not be complimentary. Look, I never would have opened my big mouth if this one bad meal was the first I sent back at your restaurant. It's only after several negative experiences in a row, yes, three in a row, that I decided to write about it and offer the diners in Santa Fe a few words of caution. Lastly, Mr. G., your farm to table claim will become a hollow marketing boast if you continue to get the important stuff wrong. I loved eating at your Cerrillos location next to Wok and was amazed at just how wonderful the food could be in a strip center location. I never had a bad meal there. I'm not rich like so many of my upscale neighbors who reside on the north side and I can't afford to throw my retirement income down a hole. This is especially true when I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. That's where I draw the line. The goal of my reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor, isn't to punish you for a bad meal or to stroke my ego or to hide anonymously behind a keyboard, not at all. I was only hoping against hope that if I shook the tree hard enough then you might wake up to what's actually going on in your own restaurant. But, apparently, you know what's best and not me. My apologies for not bringing all this to the manager's attention, but I didn't want to pile on one negative on top of another. I'm done. John D.

We have been to the new location three times in the past six months and sadly the move resulted in a lowering of the quality of the food. The Carne Adovada was dry and "touristy", with only a bit of bang to the chile. The accompanying Alicia's tortillas were steamed in a foil pouch to within an inch of death becoming soggy and useless lumps of white corn meal. My wife's pizza was okay at best. With the wood fired oven gone, the flavor was no better than a pizza chain. Our guest's house made corned beef Reuben was dry and soggy at the same time - dry meat and soggy bread. Whatever cheese they are using was flavorless. She asked for more Russian dressing to try to improve the situation with the dry corned beef. There was an added charge on the final bill. Overall, a disappointment and another sad passing of what was once a great Santa Fe restaurant.

I opted for the chicken cordon bleu and it was absolutely delightful and accompanied by the same two sides. Delish. The dessert carousel in the entry was just too tempting to pass up. We each tried the cheesecakes they were offering that evening; Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake and the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cheesecake. Creamy, decadent, and perfect with a cup of coffee. That all happed last Friday. We returned this Friday and selected two more entrees to try off the new menu. I had the grilled salmon...it was perfection! My husband ordered the lemon garlic shrimp from the pastas section. He loved it. I was the only one that had dessert. No cheesecakes were in the carousel this time. But I thoroughly enjoyed a piece of pumpkin cream pie. It was light, fluffy, and not super sweet, like a traditional pumpkin pie can be sometimes. In addition to an updated menu, the interior of Joe's has been spiffed up. Very nice. We had the same server both nights, and she was helpful and very charming. Can't wait to try more of the menu!

We stayed at Four Kachinas from Friday evening until Sunday morning in April. Once the cost of the…read moreroom, tax, and the lodger's fee were combined, the cost came to $290.59 per night. For that price, and for being a 3-star hotel, Four Kachinas fell well below what we were expecting. Hotel Tech Report describes 3-star hotels as follows: "Three stars: a typical hotel will have three stars and offer room service, ensuite bathrooms, daily cleaning, a desk or table, and Wifi. This is a standard hotel experience that most travelers expect unless they're on a strict budget." Four Kachinas did not offer room service, a desk or table, and the WiFi was continually intermittent through our stay. When we tried to watch TV, it buffered because of the slow WiFi, and then when we selected something it wanted us to download and sign up for an app. We needed to run the hot water in the bathroom for a long while for it to heat up; the hot water heater is presumably shared with the other rooms and en suites in the complex. Finally, there was no mini-fridge in the room, so we couldn't bring home leftovers, and anyone needing to store refrigerated medication would be out of luck. The room we selected, the Zia, was cute and decorated eclectically in a Southwest theme. It had a very solid king bed, two sitting chairs, a closet for storing clothing, and a large shower. Four Kachinas offers a breakfast in the morning from 8am-9:30am, which includes bread selections, fruit plates, cereal, and a hot dish. The morning we tried the breakfast the hot dish was a vegetarian black bean and tortilla strata and one link of chicken sausage. Neither my husband nor I cared for the breakfast and we opted to eat out the second morning we were there. Overall, a cute room but not much in the way at all with amenities or even basic services (a refrigerator, WiFi, hot water, a table or desk, etc). Perhaps others will have a different experience, but at almost $300 a night we'll opt to stay elsewhere next time.
