I asked them then how much the appointment was and they told me it was a free consultation only to get there and be charged for a comprehensive visit would not even a basic visit was done. The doctor was in and out of the room within minutes and left charting to his assistant. I told the front desk that it was a consultation and of course the woman didn't know what I was talking about even though she talked to me that morning. I paid in since I had the doctor's email I emailed the doctor let him know what was going on he said he'd give me the money back. He never did a month goes by I email again he ignores the email. Finally I get in touch with the bank after I show them proof. The bank pays me back. Once the bank gets in touch with the dentist that is when they get back to me. I shouldn't have to call the bank to get my money or be ignored or waste my time to come in for a money grab. You're not even able to make your own appointments they tell you when you can and can't come. Not accommodating, nobody knows what they're talking about, they will ignore you if they owe you money. It was an experience I could do without. When looking for a dentist you want to make sure you have faith and trust and if they can accommodate a consultation or bill you for the correct services from the start, You have to question Do you trust them with the rest!

Our first visit after the takeover ended with blatant discrimination towards my family where the dentist and billing staff demanded I produce proof that my children actually belonged to me. Because, people just randomly bring random kids in and pay for dental work! This had more to do with our family being multi-racial than anything else. The dentist, herself, confirmed that this was not a requirement of every parent just the families who look "different". Blatant discrimination. Of course, these questions weren't asked until they had our insurance info for billing purposes. And they weren't asked until the kids' cleanings were done. Which makes it more than obvious that this is not the standard procedure! I received my implants and dentures afffixed to implants in the summer of 2024. He isn' t efficient. He gets your money first, then you have to beg for an appointment. If you have an appointment, and the dentist is sick, you only find out that his office is closed when you arrive at the office door. They post a note that tells you that the office is closed for the day, without telling any patients who have an appointment that day. You should go to any other dentist in monroe county before trying affordable implants and dentures. He cares more about money than his patoients.
