Last minute they texted her and said office was closed for the day! No explanation just to call back next day ( they don't answer their phone) We called Aspen dental and she was able to be seen in an hour. They took X-rays and did a comprehensive exam and from the first minute we walked in we noticed how friendly and professional ALL the staff were. DR. Huddleston is a dentist that shouldnt be licensed. Hell take your cash. Then when you want an appointment, the staff in the office do not answer the phone. He takes on way too many new patients. Thats why He'll only finish your implants or dentures months or years after you pay him. I paid for my implants in 2021. I received my implants and dentures afffixed to implants in the summer of 2024. He isn' t efficient. He gets your money first, then you have to beg for an appointment. If you have an appointment, and the dentist is sick, you only find out that his office is closed when you arrive at the office door. They post a note that tells you that the office is closed for the day, without telling any patients who have an appointment that day. You should go to any other dentist in monroe county before trying affordable implants and dentures. He cares more about money than his patoients. read more

This has been an experience. I learned A LOT about dentures! Dr. Huddleston is great. He's patient and really took time with me to answer any and all of my numerous questions. My dentures look and feel great. And it took adjustment to get them to fit great. They don't look like my original teeth and that was hard to get used to. But I learned that my jaw opening had changed over the years due to TMJ and arthritis in my jaw so I needed slightly smaller and shorter teeth to accommodate the fairly narrow mouth opening. The only big complaint I have, is that 4 out of 5 times I came, I waited more than half an hour to almost an hour to be seen. Other than that, they'd get 4 stars. Went to have my bottom denture repaired that was made by another dentist. It has never fit correctly and it got to the point where they could not ajust it to make it pain free so they refunded my money. Dr. comes in, and starts a conversation with me about my concerns, then another paitent passes in the hall getting ready to leave and he stops in middle sentence walks out and starts talking to them...then does not come back but goes to work on a patient who come in 10 minutes after me. Comes back15 minutes later and defends himself about leaving me...no use in going into it all... Bottom line??? Said I need new top and bottom dentures, recommends I get the ULTIMATE on both which is the highest price...NEVER going back My dentures are less than 2 years old, and my top is fine...I am a senior citizen..who can afford 2 sets of dentures in 2 years..??? The worst experience I ever had . The dentist is ok. seems to know his stuff. I have had my new dentures a little over one month. Problem with lower denture from get go. I was unable to wear them The doctor suddenly became ill and was out for 3 weeks with no one to cover, phone unanswered office closed note left on door. When he returned he made an attempt to correct bottom plate. I still cannot chew with them in. The top plate fits fine surface is like sandpaper and looks like it has been worn for years and can be seen through. Considering small claims court. I have wasted $598. I had to pay $4000 upfront for new dentures. It has been over a year now and I have yet to receive my permanent set. When I call there as an existing customer, I am rerouted to customer care. Customer care then tells me they are giving me the direct number, which is the same number I called the first time. This is an endless loop. I waited 40 minutes for a real person, only to be told this. The third time I called I selected option #1, which is new customer wanting an appointment. They answered on the third ring, again customer care. I explained my situation and they said they would pass it on to the Dentist. Still waiting to hear! Do Not waste your money!! just now New to Rochester. Very impressed with Dr. Huddleston and this practice. Was able to have a partial denture modified in one day. I went in in the morning and it was ready by afternoon. I went back a couple of days later for an adjustment, and that was easy to schedule and taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had read in the reviews that it was such a nightmare to schedule with them, so I was very surprised. And I want to mention Blake, a technician, who has such a great, positive attitude and did my adjustments. I would expect a bit of a wait. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time on my first visit, but all I can say to that is that it's worth it. They do great work. And if you're not called back at your scheduled time it's not because they're lounging around. It's a very busy office and everyone is very professional. Very impressed. read more
