Each of the primary care Drs are each very skilled, patient focused and genuinely look to deliver the best out come and experience for your issue. The remaining staff is at the same level and technical knowledge as the Drs. Up on their game, deliver with a kind smile and deliver a great experience. Have been super impressed on how they deliver their product and ensure patient satisfaction. The facility is modern, clean and bright. Equipment is well maintained and up to date. They have a great lab with n sight that can scan and produce permanent Crowns right on site. (I just had one done to day). If you are looking for a great dental team - these folks are it. I walked in being told I owed nothing to me having to pay them over $500 I will never be going back or recommending this place to anyone ever what a absolute joke of a place.

To further elaborate, the entire staff at Elmwood Dental Group is incredible.. dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff-literally everyone there! Elmwood Dental Group make visiting the dentist an extremely pleasurable experience. More recently, my four year-old son fell face first onto a bench while visiting the Strong Museum of Play. With a quick call to Elmwood Dental, they had us in office in less than an hour. Their staff are so amazing with the little ones! Dr. Chris made his x-ray super painless, and as much fun as a four year-old can have getting an x-ray on a tender tooth. Dr. Comfort even gave out her cell number in case he had an issue over the weekend, while the office was closed. Additionally, I want to add that Kayla, the hygienist who worked on my two young boys, made it so fun for them, it seemed like a playdate. Same goes with the filling that Dr. Comfort performed on my older son. He was genuinely enjoying himself and having fun the whole time. I love this practice and would recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. Which is everyone, really. My family has only been going here for about a month, but already the staff feel like family. Amber, who is the office manager is the worst, who feels a free fluoride treatment ($30) makes up for the multiple times they have cost you to miss work, but when you have an emergency they want to charge you $50. The horrible part is they even send an email saying confirm your appointment, and guess what it was never confirmed, yet they still want to charge. On top of all this they will schedule for services that your insurance doesn't cover and then say oh we will give you a 10% discount. Insurance companies need to investigate this business, there is definitely some sneaky business going on. Customers be aware!!
