I replaced a system and had quite a few service calls at all the homes I resided in. Always a great experience. The techs were professional and knowledgeable and the office staff was always quick about scheduling. Now? They're never available. I wanted to sign up for an annual maintenance plan and they told me they're booking out to November. It's August. Service calls? Techs are never available in a reasonable time frame and their advertised 24/7 on call service doesn't actually exist. My AC was out on a Friday not too long ago and I was told I couldn't get service until the following Monday. 2.5 days in a sauna, yeah OK boys, I think I'll pass! Anyway, as they literally are unable to provide me with any of the services I've recently needed, I have to update my review and move forward with some other great companies I've found. Good luck if you use them.

Kyzar was to call us to schedule a repair, but this never happened. We left multiple messages over the next month that were never returned, leaving us with the failed code problem. Our most recent call finally got us scheduled, but this too didn't work fo them and was rescheduled for today, October 1st though there workman didn't show up.

Basically, they can do only cookie cutter - if everything goes great. If there are problems they fix them slipshod. Asking them to fix that was raising frustration from their side! They have since publicly claimed my property had "health and cleanliness issues," a "roach problem," and even referenced "rat droppings" in my AC system. These statements are completely false. There was no roach infestation, no rat-dropping issue, and I never hired them for pest control services. They also claimed I expected a low-cost AC cleaning to remove all roaches from my home and that I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't. Neither of those things happened. My complaint has always been the same: I paid for an AC cleaning and found evidence that the cleaning had not been completed as represented. Rather than correct the issue, they chose to make inaccurate public statements about me and my property. Resolders and adds Freon. Unit not cooling before he leaves, he says it takes 24 hours to cool. Present a bill for over $1k for 1 hour of Labor without ever giving a quote. Who charges $1k per hour?? Call office to complain and they remove the bill. 24 hours later, not cooling. Send another tech. Literally states he is only going to add Freon and not fix it since the last bill wasn't paid. But there is no outstanding invoice. Made several calls to management.. always "busy" and will call back but never do. STAY AWAY. I have never encountered such ridiculous service.
