The AC never would cool the house after following his instructions then the coil froze the next two days. We cleaned the coil ourselves using a YouTube video but still had issues not cooling the house. We called Ocean Air of Boynton Beach (the company we meant to reach in the first place) and he found the numbers on his gage was 500+ PSI so had to let out at least a half pound or more of the coolant. The AC then started performing perfectly. I called Ocean Air & Residential LLC to complain. Joe told me I should've called them back because I had a 30-day diagnostics guarantee. Firstly, I think they should've called me the following day of their service to ascertain if it was working properly. I requested from them a refund for the half gallon extracted and got no response. 8 days without AC! Unacceptable

After their technician worked on my system, my AC is now no longer cooling, and I am sitting in a hot house in the middle of a hot Florida summer with three kids. During the visit, the technician also raised concerns about my refrigerant, told me my system was much older than I had previously been told, and the diagnosis seemed to change after I purchased their warranty program--from condensation to a supposed hole in the coil and a recommendation that the system essentially needed to be replaced. I cannot prove what happened, but the timing is extremely concerning. I called Seaside to fix a drain and a leak--not to end up with an AC that no longer cools. I will not be paying Seaside to come back and repair a problem that I did not have before their technician worked on my system. I am getting an independent second opinion and strongly recommend that other homeowners do the same before allowing this company to perform additional work. Very disappointing experience.

Instead, what should have been a routine HVAC replacement turned into a week-long ordeal involving poor workmanship, property damage, repeated cancellations, and poor communication. I want to recognize Robert and Elena. They were professional, knowledgeable, and tried to help throughout the process. Unfortunately, the problems started before installation when the agreed-upon price was changed. Although it was eventually honored, it set the tone for what followed. Within hours of installation, the brand-new system leaked and flooded part of my home through a ceiling vent. A different technician later confirmed the installation had been done incorrectly and repaired the leak. Despite unfinished work and damage, I was repeatedly pressured for final payment. I paid only after Robert assured me that the remaining issues would be corrected. The installation still has several unresolved concerns and we still don't have air conditioning as I'm writing this review: 1) Damaged attic access was painted over instead of properly repaired. 2) A hole from the installation was left unrepaired. 3) A large gap around the return allows attic air into the system. 4) Poorly installed insulation. 5) Outdoor condenser installed out of level. 6) Condenser pad overlaps the brick walkway, and the adjacent concrete slab cracked after installation. 6) Repair appointments were repeatedly canceled because the technicians took other jobs, and I'm still waiting for the owner's return call. I also shared photos with an independent HVAC company. They expressed serious concerns about the workmanship and recommended correcting the installation, including properly sealing the return and adding a condensate pump as best practice since the drain line had already clogged during the installation. I purchased a 10-year labor warranty, yet I've never seen in my 20+ yrs dealing with HVAC companies a straightforward HVAC replacement generate this many issues. If the owner is reading this: Robert and Elena are valuable assets to your company. I hope you honor your commitment to correct the remaining issues and ensure the installation meets professional standards. A company's reputation is built on quality workmanship, accountability, and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I sincerely hope the remaining issues are corrected, we get our air conditioning running and that this experience leads to better workmanship and customer service for future customers.

Since I have developed breathing probs due to all this dust from MCI windows in Delray I had to leave the condo until they completed the job. When I came back into my place my throat totally closed up. I couldn't breathe.
