He said he thought maybe the AC needed coolant and that he would add a pound but afterwards told me he put 1.5 pounds. The AC never would cool the house after following his instructions then the coil froze the next two days. We cleaned the coil ourselves using a YouTube video but still had issues not cooling the house. We called Ocean Air of Boynton Beach (the company we meant to reach in the first place) and he found the numbers on his gage was 500+ PSI so had to let out at least a half pound or more of the coolant. The AC then started performing perfectly. I called Ocean Air & Residential LLC to complain. Joe told me I should've called them back because I had a 30-day diagnostics guarantee. Firstly, I think they should've called me the following day of their service to ascertain if it was working properly. I requested from them a refund for the half gallon extracted and got no response. 8 days without AC! Unacceptable

He was friendly with our dogs and did everything quietly so that he didn't wake our sleeping baby! Thank you for being so professional and getting the job done right.

Years ago I was told that 1 of my old roof units for my office had a pinhole leak in 1 of the compressor lines and that the whole unit needed to be replaced ... this would actually mean replacing both roof units, a very costly project at the time. I called around about having the pinhole repaired but all I got was "no... that's not possible...". Well I finally called Mike Conners and he sent a guy who found the leak and figured out how to actually do the repair! That old unit is still running years later! He may not have done the big "one-and-done" project, but he did the right thing and made a loyal customer who refers everyone he knows without a 2nd thought! The couple who bought our house recently called that the a/c wasn't working... I told them to call Conners: they came right over and instead of selling them an entire new compressor unit, they replaced the cooling fan motor for them... that's Integrity!
