I hate writing bad reviews. I seldom do but here we are. Two in one week!…read moreWe ate at Rangeen for lunch this week. We both tried the buffet. So my review is for the buffet. They have a lot of options on the menu and many may be wonderful. The dining room is well decorated and bright. Our waiter was nice. Water stayed full. The fresh naan was delicious!!! The buffet was small, limited. There was dal, butter chicken, samosas, etc. I think maybe we just hit them on an off day? The rice was nearly empty and very dried out. They were out of goat curry when we went to the table but the waiter kindly offered to go ask the kitchen for more. I did not try it but my husband enjoyed it. There was a bin with a little lettuce and some tomato slices labeled salad. Some pappadum and some tamarind chutney. Meh. Should we go back perhaps I will try the bhel puri. For what it is, the buffet seemed expensive. They also offer a thali plate for lunch. I saw some people eating this and it looked good. I forgot to take pictures.

I did ask for "Indian spicy" and didn't really find it that spicy though. I had plenty leftover the next day! My mom got a dal and I thought it was excellent! Would definitely come here again and try some different dishes. The inside is really modern and clean looking. I will say one thing, the service was extremely slow, but to be fair, it was the day after Christmas so maybe they were a bit short staffed?

Nathus Sweets - North Indian Thali

A very differently tasting food serving restaurant with all the flavorful North Indian main dishes…read more(Vegetarian only) at a very reasonable price and a pretty good ambience, then this should be the place for you. Would have gone past this building a 100 times and never did I notice this restaurant. Got here because someone recommended and it was very much worth it. Dine in at 7:30 PM was great with very less crown on a Thursday. THE FOOD: We ordered the North Indian Thali (says it's available until 3PM, looks like it's available through the dinner time as well). Was served in a nice Wooden board with Rice, Achar (pickle), Boondhi Raitha, Tandoori Roti (was soo good), Aloo Gobi masala, Shahi Paneer, Chole, Dhal Tadka and Paapad. The Chole was tasing so different and I guess it's the Amritsari Chole. The Shahi Paneer was top notch and Dal tadka as well. AlooGobi was super spicy but the taste was good. The single Roti piece is definitely not enough I feel, and would require another to complete the thali. Slightly pricey there I feel. We also got a AlooTikki Chaat and that tasted really good. The quantity was pretty much good for one person. I would say the spice levels were spot on. Not too much spicy (Honest these days are making it very spicy) or bland. Good quantity and sat well on the tummy. And literally did see a family enjoying their food very much and gave a very nice feeling while we were waiting for our food. SERVICE & AMBIENCE: The ambience was very much nice with all colorful wall paintings and aesthetics and wall hangings. Well lit. But there was some unpleasant smell that was kind of bothering us. I wish they address it. It wasn't crowded and the food arrived in less than 5-10minutes of ordering. The parking could be a concern. The staffs were very much courteous and polite. BOTTOMLINE: If you are in for a slightly Delhi based food flavor, I guess this should be your place. The curries are delicious and the restaurant is family friendly. Slightly pricey in my opinion. Would definitely visit here to try out other things. MY PICKS FOR YOU: North Indian Thali, AlooTikki Chaat, Chole curry

Delicious Bangladeshi food!!!…read more I've tried the Chicken Tikka Masala ($17), Chicken 65 ($10), and garlic naan ($5), onion pakora ($8) and everything was so delicious. The Chicken 65 is super spicy, flavorful, and honestly so addictive--I definitely recommend trying it if you like heat. The Chicken Tikka Masala is exactly how I like it: creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Onion pakora was tasty. The garlic naan was fluffy, soft, and cooked perfectly. The service is always great too. Highly recommend checking this place out!

We were craving something a little different, so we landed on Indian/Bangladeshi cuisine. The reviews made the choice easy, so we headed straight to their Chamblee location. We were greeted right away and seated immediately, which was a great start. Badur (apologies if I'm spelling that wrong!) took care of us the entire time and was fantastic--super helpful with the menu and quick to offer great recommendations. We kicked things off with the Daal Puri: two mini, airy, soft flatbreads stuffed with lentils. They reminded me of a very light, crispy empanada, and I loved them. The accompanying tamarind sauce balanced everything perfectly. Definitely ordering that again on our next visit. For the mains, I went with the butter chicken, which was excellent. The chicken tasted like it had been smoked or grilled before being mixed into the sauce, and that extra flavor made it stand out. My friend ordered the Goat Bhuna, which was also delicious. Both dishes came with Baashmoti polao rice. We also added the Mixed Naan--stuffed with cheese, onion, garlic, and cilantro--and it was incredibly good. Overall, we had an amazing time. Great service, fantastic food, and a really enjoyable vibe. Solid 10/10. We'll definitely be back soon!

They were friendly and food came out within 10 minutes. We got chicken Tikka masala, lamb Briyani, and garlic naan. The lamb was soft and we requested mild, so the flavor was light. We thought the dishes were relatively enjoyable for a quick take out situation, but the flavors/seasoning were on the light side. The garlic naan didnt have much of a garlic kick, which made it underwhelming. The main dishes were like $12-15. The prices appear to be the same as years ago! It looked like they were under construction with chairs out front. The interior could use some washing/cleaning around the walls and doors.
