I never leave reviews but I am at a loss of what to do at this point. After the initial clean many areas of the house were skipped and still dirty. The initial cleaning took 2.5 hours and we paid $345 plus tip. We contacted them within the 24 hour period to let them know we were not happy with the results and we are busy moving so this is an added stress, they offered to do a reclean. We scheduled the reclean for a week later/today and they gave us the window of 2-4pm for arrival. It's now almost 6pm and they are not responding to our calls, voicemails, or texts to get an update on their arrival or reschedule. Still unclear if they are going to do a reclean and have no info or updates. This has been extremely frustrating because we are trying to coordinate with our land lord and have been busy moving so this was the last issue we needed. We are now going to have to drive back to the house an hour away and clean it ourselves. Update- after I posted this review they finally got back to us and said they were cleaning the house at 6:36pm. We drove an hour the next day to check and it seemed sufficient. Still would not recommend given all the added stress this caused during our move. They didn't offer any type of refund either.

We moved in and found that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned from when the previous renters lived there so we did some research and decided to hire Fresh-n-Home. I had high hopes for this company because the other reviews were outstanding, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The unit was empty when we hired them to come in and clean so I didn't think they'd have any issues finding the areas that needed to be deep-cleaned. There was candle wax splattered on the walls and floors; caked on grease on the cabinets; food splattered on the wall above the stove; a brown ring in the toilet; mold on the dishwasher; among other things. To their credit, they were able to remove the mold from the dishwasher and the brown ring in the toilet, but everything else appeared to be untouched. In fact, they even broke one of the handles on our toilet and left the pieces on the bathroom counter. I found it rude that they didn't mention the damage once they had left, so I emailed Kelly and she was courteous and offered to send the girls back to clean and fix what was missed. Keep in mind, the first time they came they spent about 4.5 hours "cleaning" the house. A couple days later they came back and fixed the toilet handle and wiped the food splatter off the wall. There was still wax on the wall and she asked me if I would like her to remove it, I said yes. She told me the first time they were there they weren't able to get the grease off the cabinets because we didn't have any hot water since the water heater wasn't turned on. By the end of it, we still had grease on our cabinets and our floors were dirty (even though I saw her mop). They just didn't seem as thorough as advertised. And we were charged $292.50...
