Our carpet is fairly new, but we raised a puppy over the last 2 years and our pup did his best to stain it and cause that dreaded dog odor. Billy from Country Club Carpet Repair was able to return our carpet to all it's glory! It literally looks brand new! No dog odor and our friends have asked if we installed new carpet. We suffer from allergies and after the cleaning we noticed way less sneezing, eye itching, and other allergy caused symptoms. Billy also was able to clean our sofa. This sofa also was put to the test with our puppy - Country Club Carpet Repair has equipment that heats the water / cleaning solution to ~450 degrees - and after soaking the sofa and then scrubbing it down, followed by a deep suction vacuum - this not only took out the stains, but fully disinfected it from puppy upbringing! Do yourself a favor and book this company to come out and give you a quote - you will not be disappointed.

With 2 dogs, I like to get my carpets cleaned once a year. I found a Groupon for Upright Cleaning…read morefor only $99 for 5 rooms. What a steal! I immediately called to schedule an appointment, and as you can imagine, Paul was booked out for 2 weeks. Fortunately, I still was able to get him in before Thanksgiving. Paul texted me 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with a mask and put on plastic booties before entering the house. Once doing a quick assessment, he quickly got to work and was done in about an hour and a half. He did 2 staircases, 2 rooms, a hallway, and an area rug with deodorizer. I paid an extra $60 on top of my Groupon for the stairs, so $159 total for the job. I'm happy with everything and will call him again next year!

The previous day our household spent time to move furniture to make it easier / help the staff have a smooth cleaning process. Our appointment window came and went. No one called, no one showed. I texted, I called. The phone was off. I texted the next day, "are you interested in rebooking?" No response. Texted again later in the week about 5 days later. Finally got a response from Chris saying "Sorry, I've been sick." I get it. Things happen and we fall ill. And it's important to be extra cautious especially during these times. But at least notify us as a courtesy. That was the last text I received from him. So apparently, Chris was not interested in rebooking and did not want our business. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere. Also worth noting: the reviews on Groupon may be positively skewed because only people who have redeemed the voucher can leave a review. So all the people that they left hanging couldn't leave a negative one. Take a look on here to see how many appointments they've missed.
