I am only going to be using SGI for future hardscape renovations and will only refer Roberto to friends and families. BUYER BEWARE. This company is not what it appears to be. I…read moream quite certain that it is actually a company that publicly ONLY advertises and markets services. It actually does NONE of the work. The work is done, as far as I can tell, COMPLETELY by subcontractors. My initial experience was with Rich, a very friendly and smooth talking sales person who represented himself as an owner of Eco Turf/ Pavers - Hardscape. He referred to his crews and foremen. Only later did I learn that they were actually crews from companies that were subcontracted out. I never received a formal written estimate from the Eco Turf/ Pavers - Hardscape, or even a final written receipt upon payment. OK, that's for the highly deceptive side of the business. The job I hired them for was hardscape and concrete stain and sealing. It took three months to complete about four days of actual work. Every time Rich gave me a start time for "his men", something ultimately pushed it back another week or so. It's obvious now why, it wasn't even his company doing the work. In fact, I think I physically saw Rich a total of two or three times including the initial meeting. Material orders were not placed timely, when items were back ordered from one supplier, there was no attempt to locate the materials elsewhere. Coordination was haphazard and details were constantly slipping through the cracks. Thinking that Rich from Eco Turf/ Pavers - Hardscape- was the company actually doing the work, all I kept getting were excuses and more bullshit. After three months of total frustration, I was told that I could make my actual payment to the company that was finishing the work that day, as a convenience to me! Beyond my dissatisfaction with the job was the fact that I had been experiencing such highly misleading and deceptive communication xfrom the beginning. Not only does this company NOT deserve a solid review, it doesn't deserve the public trust. Look elsewhere.

Sergio and his team helped us install turf in our backyard about 5 years ago and we love it so much. It is low maintenance, has a clean look, and great since we have a golden retriever who likes to run around outside. This way he doesn't get muddy and it's so clean in the backyard. Our dog does his business on pebbles on the side, not on the turf. Our front yard has been an eyesore for a while and after thinking about it for awhile, we decided to invite Sergio and his team back. Our front yard was overrun with weeds and the lawn kept dying. We decided to install turf and have a border of rocks and plant some flowering bushes. Sergio and his team efficiently demolished the existing lawn and took away the weeds. They hauled everything away and also brought in the materials needed to install the dream garden we were envisioning. In less than a week, our front yard was transformed into a low maintenance and beautiful landscape. They checked our sprinkler drip system, they helped us trim existing hedges, and power washed the arizona river rocks that we got. We are extremely happy with the end result and will definitely recommend Sergio and the Dream Gardens Team to our friends!

Highly recommend Felipe and his team!…read more I had a great experience working with Felipe on my concrete project. I had a LOT of questions before getting started because I wanted to understand all the details, and Felipe was very patient and took the time to answer everything and explain the different options. He also had some great ideas that helped improve the project while keeping it within my budget. The project was estimated at about 12 days, but his team finished in 8-9 days. I was really impressed with the attention to detail, quality of the work, and how smoothly everything went. The price was also very reasonable and stayed within my budget. There were a couple of minor things that came up afterward, which can happen with any construction project. I had some concrete film left on my vinyl deck and an issue with my gate latch after the concrete was completed. What I really appreciated was that Felipe took care of both issues. He came back and power washed the deck and fixed the gate latch. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and with Felipe and his team. Felipe was responsive, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and genuinely helpful throughout the project. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects.

Really torn on this review but I'm going to give you all the no bs assessment. Nash is a stand up…read moreguy. He honored a quote from several months prior, probably when nobody else would. He came out in a timely manner and scheduled us for install within a week. It was well over 100 degrees on the two days when our turf was installed. The install crew worked hard and got everything done (about 1,000 square feet) in two days. I did see cigarette butts and leftover trash in the yard after they left. The install looked decent at first. When I really got to look at it, there were two visible horizontal seams running the width of the turf. Nash sent the workers back out and they attempted to tidy up the seams, but ultimately told us the turf was shorter so we would see seams. We looked again, and there was about a half inch gap in one of the seams near a corner in the yard. They again came out and cut a new piece and fixed it, kind of. The more I walk around and looked at the job, I've noticed there are significant lumps and the surface is kind of rolling instead of flat. We had guests over and they even commented how our turf wasn't flat like other installs. Around the edges, the compaction was poor and the turf nails come up out of the ground with no retention at all. This causes the edge of the turf to lift up. We emailed Nash a third time but never heard back about this issue. It was a safety hazard with guests coming over so we purchased additional nails and fixed a portion of the issue. The more I researched turf install, I realized I don't believe they installed our turf with seam tape, glue, or any form of adhesive or joining. I've seen short turf and putting greens without any visible seams, so I don't understand why that would be an excuse. Overall, Nash was an upstanding guy who was respectful of our time. His pricing was average, and wasn't on the high or low end of the estimates we received. I don't believe any of the above issues were related to him, but the persons he hired to do the job. I was a bit surprised when we didn't hear anything from him when the job was complete, and he didn't stop by to inspect the work. I'm torn on this review because, like I said, I don't think it was his fault but the people he contracts with for the installs. I feel like we paid a lot of money for a lower end install, which is really disappointing and really still doesn't sit right with me.
