The furniture was only a small dresser, a small TV, 8 pieces of artwork, and 6 boxes. The moving squad was willing to work with me and actually saved me well over $100. They were fast, friendly, and showed up right on time. They packaged and padded everything and got my dad moved in record time. And the move was on a Saturday. However, some of my furniture was damaged. My dining room table, which isn't cheap and our entertainment center, shelf and painting. On top of that, I didn't notice until they were gone that they had emptied one of the boxes in my closet and everything was thrown. It's a shame because these guys worked really hard, but for somethings they seemed they were careless with.

In comparison to many other companies I spoke with, they had the best pricing, the kindest and most thorough responses to my questions, straight forward pricing, had the minimum of 3 hours we needed and a large 26/27 foot truck. They showed up, got right to work and wrapped all the fragile items and got them ready to stay in long term storage. They were super friendly, clean, smart and strategic and very careful with all items. I recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area. He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review.

I wasn't going to mention this, because the owner gave me a refund on part of the charges, but now that the owner has called me a liar, all deals are off. Without asking my permission, one of their workers used my toilet and clogged it with poop and they just walked away from it. I couldn't get a plumber for three days so that man's poop stayed in my toilet for three days offgassing into my bathroom. Coronavirus is highly transmissible through feces but they don't care about their clients enough to train their workers in common manners. When the owner called me a liar, that was the icing on the cake. He doesn't mention what would prompt me to waste my time by making a false review for a company I know nothing about iand I've never dealt with. I guess it is too much to ask him to stand up like a man and admit his faults. My crew was headed by Chris and here are pictures that shame the owner.

But I was able to find them on Thumbtack which is a great app for finding various services. They had 5 stars rating there and they definitely deserve 5 stars here. The two gentlemen that helped me move were Junior and Aaron. They arrived right on time at 8am as scheduled. They very professional and very good at what they do. They were able to move my stuff from my downtown condo to a house in the suburb in almost 3 hours which is the bear minimum you are required to hire a mover for. I was very happy with their performance and their punctuality. Overall, I absolutely recommend these guys and hope everyone gets to have these two awesome guys as their movers cause they rock.
