I was so happy with Sanipac's customer service yesterday when my daughter threw away her retainer, and it got in a locked huge dumpster. Dave at the shop called for someone to come out for us. Soon a kind man named Steven arrived who was in good spirits to even help us search! A miracle when it was found about 15 minutes later among hundreds of look-alike lunch sacks and many many black garbage bags. Thank you Steven and Dave! read more

I was having a rough day and I had the most wonderful experience with one of the drivers that literally made such an impact on me. I had to let him know what a wonderful person he is and get his name. I feel it's important to let people know what a good job they are doing and how the kindness they show means the world to people like me. Negative two. Multiple times I have been bullied by their trucks acting like they own the town. If you are in the alley, tough! Better move because they are coming through. Your right if way to turn?.. Too bad..they have a big truck. Been flipped off, sneered at, insulted, even seen them dump stuff on neighbors truck like, "oh well". Thank you to the trash can driver from Sanipac on Clark St that made one small horn beep this morning. Came outside to my trash on the street with unhoused person sorting through it while the truck was trying to pick it up. The driver kindly backed up and picked it up when it was back in the can. Thank You! They have been wonderful for the 24 years i've been a customer. read more

Long hold times and poor customer service. Continued service from previous resident in my name, paid for three months in advance, used one month before finding a better deal at LaneApex, and somehow ended up owing Sanipac a small amount? Not sure how that accounting works. Receiving much better (and more affordable) service from LaneApex. read more

I live in Veneta and our garbage is picked up on Mondays. Our driver, Van, is very friendly, always waves, and is always on time.

Juan is awesome! He always goes above and beyond-just recently Juan picked up all my recycling after somebody went through it!

The worst customer service ever. Even more worse than comcast. now that is saying something
