Every word out of her mouth sounded like she was annoyed I was wasting her time. I was looking for a new groomer as our old one moved away in April, but why on earth would I give my business OR take my baby somewhere where they think it's okay to talk to customers that way?! If that was an employee, (same woman answered both times) then she should be fired. If it was the owner, I have NO idea how in the world you have any clientele.

It was nice to pick up happy and exhausted pups, one of them even refused to get in the car to go home! As other reviews have mentioned, K9 Cabins has nice, big and clean kennels with access to indoor and covered outdoor runs. It had plenty of space for my two large dogs and the dogs also get outside play time. Elena and the staff were wonderful and personable. I look forward to bringing my dogs for "vacation" when I leave town. Highly recommend!
