I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. I will definitely be using them again!

The establishment send out daily reports with photos to let us know how our dog behaved and what her demeanor was. They offer a variety of services whether boarding overnight or day visits. They've been in business for years. We trust them to take good care of our dogs. They're always sad and exhausted when we pick them up. We just got our golden retriever back and they absolutely BOTCHED his poor fur. Don't waste your money filling out the stuff online - they clearly don't read it and front desk admitted this when we questioned why we needed to fill out a paper form with all of the same info. Despite picking the absolute longest length and clarifying (again) that we only wanted certain parts trimmed (like a regular golden retriever grooming, basic you'd think right??????), our pup was shaved down to about a 1/4" everywhere. We have clippers, I would have done that myself. And would have done a better job considering they missed spots, it's uneven, and didn't even finish around his neck/tail. It's a waste of money for grooming!!!! Literally could have done a better job with the clippers we have at home.
