Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. I will definitely be using them again!

The establishment send out daily reports with photos to let us know how our dog behaved and what her demeanor was. They offer a variety of services whether boarding overnight or day visits. They've been in business for years. We trust them to take good care of our dogs. They're always sad and exhausted when we pick them up. I will say they have some nice areas and some areas that are a little outdated or need some deep cleaning, but overall it was fine. I loved their play areas, they were large and had many different options. I loved that they have a bone shaped communal doggie pool. Even though my baby hates water, it was so cute. They took good care of our pup and even sent us some amazing high quality photos of him being so cute and playing! It was a good experience overall.

A few days before we left, I created an account on the app, uploaded their vaccine records, and was approved for visiting the bar within hours! When we got there, parking was a little dicey, but once we'd parked and leashed the kiddos, we strolled right in to a seamless check-in process. I loved that there were separate entrance and exit gates because anyone who has ever been to a dog park knows the chaos of the in/out dance. This place was MASSIVE and filled with happy dogs of all breeds and sizes. The indoor space was nice for the dogs to cool off in, but the real showstopper is the outdoor space. There are ramps, tunnels, and even a splash zone. Staff is super attentive and keeps the place super clean. For the humans, there were 24+ taps and a full bar. All 3 of us left happy and excited to come back whenever we pass through!

You have to leave your dog for a minimum of four hours. During your pets stay your able to view the webcam they have . So you can check on your fur baby. My pup passed the assessment and had a blast! She came home so pooped out. While my pup was staying for boarding, I would check in on her. I'd see my pup playing with the other dogs. Even getting attention from the staff. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely will be taking my pup here again whether it's for the day or boarding. This place is awesome :)

Video won't let me post more than 12 seconds, but afterwards, he walks away shaking his head. However, this other dog can clearly hump without a single action being taken. If they do this on camera, how are they treating them when they aren't? I called to share my concern & asked if there was any way he could be ready sooner, as I would like to go ahead and get him. They were not able to bathe him until his scheduled time, so I said that was fine and came when I got the text that he was ready. Before I even got my 2nd foot in the door, they had a camera out trying to justify this action- even saying she never moves, it was my dog that jerked!!! There is no justification- if they did believe he was going to attempt to hump a dog (something I've never seen him attempt in 7 years), this still isn't warranted. They continued, and I asked multiple times for them to please bring me my dog, that I wanted to pay and leave. Not a trustworthy place of business.
