They welcomed Rocko with caress making him feel comfortable as well as myself. They took their time to learn about his personality and routine. There was positive energy throughout the facility, which was spotless and smelled amazing. I appreciate the pictures and the report card that was given to me at pickup. When they were bringing Rocko to me he wanted to go back and play which said it all that he had a blast! When he got to the truck he was happy and tired which was a good thing, he slept all night. I can't say enough about this place but bring your fur baby you will be glad you did!

I can tell that he cares about the pups and the customers. I will give them another try in the future and have updated my rating to 4 stars. Be prepared to lose your money if your plans change for boarding and the owners will be rude about it. Had to cancel boarding reservation for over Easter weekend that I was required to give 50% deposit on. Owner, Laura, said that my money was not refundable (which wasn't disclosed to me over the phone) nor was it available to use as a future credit. She said it's in our paperwork, too bad. Well I dug up the paperwork and it says: "I understand that Boarding reservation for Major Holidays listed below require a 50% non-refundable deposit payment to Club Pups Lake Norman for the duration of the stay. Non-refundable deposits will ONLY be refunded in the case that the reservation is cancelled in-written 5 days prior from your day of arrival (1st day of boarding). The Major Holiday are: Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Month of December." Easter is not listed as a non-refundable holiday, therefore they have no right to keep my money. So, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I would never recommend this place or ever use them again based on how I was treated by the owner, Laura. Nor am I going to use their grooming location again either.

Called to tell facility not expecting anything- and that is exactly what I got- the man that I spoke to told me that this was not something that could have happened and seemed less than concerned about what had occurred at his salon but that it must just be something wrong with my dog. Never offered to refund or even comforting words at all- so we got from here was a dog with razor burn, cut under her arm, over perfumed and now scared of grooming for $50! Won't go back and will discourage anyone that ask to do the same.

Alisha was the groomer, and Mia loved her instantly. She looked absolutely fabulous when I picked her up! They did everything I asked and clearly they have experience with poodles! We will definitely come back when we visit our daughter!! Way better then the Pet Smart that we have been using in MD.

Now that she's an older dog, she gets bored and lonely so we bring her back. She fell right back in the routine. The establishment send out daily reports with photos to let us know how our dog behaved and what her demeanor was. They offer a variety of services whether boarding overnight or day visits. They've been in business for years. We trust them to take good care of our dogs. They're always sad and exhausted when we pick them up. I guess they get good exercise and bonding time with other dogs. Check them out.

Theo was never vetted before because of age so he was a little annoyed but Roscoe seemed to be totally fine which is uncommon for him. So overall friendly staff good service and pretty cheap prices which are all hard to find. Thank you

They quoted the multi page service agreement saying I was 4 days late in communicating the cancellation and per the agreement I should have pays for an additional month. Good luck with that. The woman who came weekly was wonderful, we loved her. Petty, poor customer service.
