The man said he felt unsafe around me. I was profiled by a stranger and then they went as far as trying to remove me from 'their' storage area by maliciously making up perverted lies. Scary part is, every neighbor I met was delightful and i never once had a foul exchange. Let that be an anchor for how uncomfortable I am. I'm a young heavily tattooed female who travels and camps with my partner a lot in the summer. The first week I was even really around (cleaning from a huge move, the camp, laundry to store away, tiny bit of bead-work unpacking) we got a complaint yet my partner and I had already had our storage in the facility for 4 months. We have the same address. Its preposterous to think me with even a gate code, and my padlock code, how am I a danger or showing I am not allowed to be there? Obviously I'm not a criminal. Its laughable really. This storage area lets people loiter all the time, use the car wash rv dump wash area, chat with neighbors, and work in their units. Ive seen people drinking beer in front of their units with food laid out. Im not allowed to be around the same solely because of profiling although we were given tons of excuses why we can't be around. Its profiling. So beware if you're a tattoo artist or in an alternative field with tattoos... This area has a renter that lies even tho video cameras are around and no one checks them if they're on im guessing, If they were checked or running they'd see the blatant attack at me from a creep I never met. So beware cameras aren't monitored here presumably because of the ability and ease of someone creating such a story with no one reviewing. I have no clue how anyone would live in a storage unit here when they have a home but I digress. Beware of profiling if you have art on you. A very scared hateful person here will make your storage experience uncomfortable and hurtful to say the least. The owner could do a better job having other renters mind their own business while he checks his cameras to see if the complaint is even real or possible to begin with! We provided a complete inventory of our home and were quoted for one truck. Your team spent an entire day packing our home and never once mentioned there was a capacity issue. It wasn't until the very end of moving day, after everything had already been packed and loaded and we had no meaningful opportunity to make another decision, that we were told we needed to pay for a second truck. As a result, it ultimately required two trucks to remove our belongings from storage, effectively doubling the cost we had been led to expect. Unfortunately, the handling of our belongings was even more concerning. During move-out from All Service Moving's warehouse, numerous damaged items were identified and photographed. We also documented furniture stored directly against other furniture with little or no protection, exposed boxes, and delicate items packed and stored in ways that unnecessarily increased the risk of damage. As we continued unpacking, we found additional examples of improper packing, despite paying All Service Moving to professionally pack our home. Wardrobe boxes were not used for hanging clothing--the hanging bars were never used, and clothing and shoes were piled throughout the boxes. Delicate lamp shades were packed with dirty outdoor items. Clothing was packed alongside a floor cleaner and a greasy kitchen rack. Fragile decorative branches were packed without protection and arrived broken. These were not isolated mistakes. They reflected a consistent pattern in how our belongings were packed, stored, and handled. Despite photographs documenting both the damage and the way our belongings were packed and stored while in All Service Moving's warehouse, the company has never taken responsibility. We spent months trying to resolve this privately before writing this review. During that time, we repeatedly provided documentation, waited through postponed discussions, and requested the documents supporting the company's position. Those documents were never produced, and All Service Moving never took responsibility for the damage. Moving is one of the largest expenses and most stressful experiences many people will go through. When you hire a moving company, you're trusting them with everything you own. We expected our belongings to be handled with care and, if something went wrong, for the company to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with All Service Moving.

I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.

To do the transfer, we went into the Keizer storage office and signed paperwork as needed. I stayed until I was told the transfer was complete. Moving forward six months, I go into the storage center to rent a unit. I'm then informed I'm responsible for a $1200 storage bill. Shocked and confused, I explained the unit had been transferred out of my name, and I had no access to the unit since the transfer nor any communication. The manager then said the office employee failed to sign all the documents as required; therefore, the unit, along with a $1200 bill, defaulted to me. I was not a contact on the unit or given permission to access it after signing it over; therefore, I had zero contact with the storage center. I received no notices, letters, emails, or calls. During the six months, the storage center accessed the unit several times without approval, notice, or permission. On multiple occasions, The storage center permitted employees and others unknown to me to access the unit, removing property as desired. The Keizer Storage Center takes Zero responsibility for the actions of its employees, managers, or what happens on their grounds. You pay to protect your property behind a locked gate only to have the employees access and grant others access to property not belonging to the storage center. I will never do business with them and will warn anyone considering it. Keizer Storage Center has what I believe is an auto-response of "We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues." What would be genuine is to take responsibility and apologize for your wrongdoing, train your employees to complete unit transfers correctly, follow the law and stay out of units without proper notice, not give access to a unit without consent, and refund the money paid.
