They ordered the part I needed for next business day and on Tuesday, I dropped my iPad in for repair. One and a half hours later, I received a text notification that it was done. I was even able to pick it up past their business hours. They had me test my iPad out to make sure it met my expectations and it worked flawlessly. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with.
