This is a copy clearly stating I can get my car fixed NOW.

Received a settlement on getting my 2021 cx-30 faulty valve stem seals replaced. Scheduled appointment over 30 days prior to planned service. I dropped off vehicle 8 a.m., then I was told they didn't have the parts at 2 p.m by the mechanic calling me. 15 minutes later I receive a call from the service department saying the settlement to fix my car was only a warranty extension for vehicles over 60k and my car still has power train warranty at 40 k. I would need to document a low oil light, which has already occered many times and come back layer to get seals repaired. 30 days prior I also requested a fuel filter change and oil change while vehicle was supposed to be serviced. I asked if my car would be ready by closing at 5:30 p.m., I was told yes. Not trusting their abilities, I called at 4:30 p.m. and spoke to service manager, which told me my fuel filter was not there and was 4 days away. I was given the run around again... So I might need to take legal action to get my car fixed under a class action law suit because this incompetent dealership can't order parts and looks like they don't want to do the work. I will give them further opportunity to do the right thing by involving higher management today 02 July 2024, but I can see their process to get things done is broken and current management doesn't care. UPDATE: 1205 on 02 July 2024 Glad to post "actual" service manager (Tracey), has seen review and contacted me to better resolve situation. Processes for customer service/engagement were reviewed, as well as other management are looking into confusion with fixing valve stem seals under power train warranty. Tracey came up with idea to check "my mazda" app for logs related history of low oil level on car. They can also listen to previous calls with customers to see what really was relayed or caused confusion. Great job to Tracey for addressing and fully engaging to seek solutions to problems! Raising review to 3 stars (initial was 1 star). Will test again in future to see if processes have been fixed.

This is really a tale of two dealerships…read more Some years back, I tried to buy from CarMax Milwaukee. When I told the Manager the price was wrong and gave him a Kelly Blue Book print out, he called me a liar. Needless to say, the folks at CarMax Milwaukee convinced me to not do business with them. Fast forward to now at CarMax Pensacola. I was reluctant but my wife insisted we go to look at their selection of different SUVs. My mother-in-law sold them her Toyota that I hated because it was too small for me. Very few of the SUVs fit; I kept having to duck to get in and I am only 5'11". Wife decided she wanted the Lexus and paid to have it shipped to Pensacola. Took weeks but the Lexus finally showed up. First look was something is wrong with the paint. The car had been severely damaged but Nashville did not disclose that information. CarMax Pensacola refunded our money to ship the car. We had almost given up when I asked about a BMW (locked) on the lot. We loved it; paid cash and took it home. BTW-our salesperson was kinda of a schlub but did OK. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we finally go the car on the freeway. Something is wrong. Back to CarMax Pensacola; referred to the local BMW dealer, which I hate. SUV needs front end alignment and to our surprise, CarMax Pensacola picked up the $490 tab. Yes, we had a good rep at CarMax and their recommended person at BMW was a gem.

So, we put a lot of trust in Ron to help us pick the right vehicle. We were particularly concerned with whether the car sustained any mechanical damage from the front and fender bender that it was in. He repeatedly reassured us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the engine and that it was merely bodywork. Hundreds of miles and dollars later, we arrived at frontier motors and within the first few minutes of our test drive found paperwork showing that the car had had the transmission replaced, and that mechanical damage was sustained during the accident. When we confronted Ron about this, he threw a childish tantrum. We talked to the manager, and he was unwilling to admit his wrong or to make it right for tricking us into traveling hundreds of miles for a dud car. These people are scammers even though they pretend that they are good business people. Don't trust them.

From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a sale. They answered every question clearly, provided all the information I needed up front, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The vehicle I looked at was exactly as described -- clean, well‑maintained, and priced fairly. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service as much as Frontier Motors does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and want to work with people who treat you with respect, I highly recommend Frontier Motors. I'd absolutely purchase from them again. Thank you Mr. Ron Robinson for everything!!!

I couldn't even get the Carfax on a single vehicle; each time I'd ask, Gary would sit there and say "Yes ma'am" and not do anything. I repeatedly requested information and would get "Yes ma'am" as he sat there doing absolutely nothing. He's a liar, and uses only high pressure techniques with ZERO response to the customer but "Yes, ma'am". My service writer did not return my initial call until 14 hours later, I had to call a second time to get a call back, when my wife and I walked in, not one person said hello. Welcoming people will cost you nothing, just saying. I was ready to buy a new BMW for my wife after she left, it was our 30th anniversary and I wanted to surprise her. I wandered on the lot long to look into some vehicles I would consider. No one came to help me, maybe they saw what they call in the industry " a one legged up" or someone who couldn't make a decision without their significant other. It was the wrong call that day, the last four cars my wife has had, she was nowhere near the lot. I am a firm believer that my car will not be worth more than it is, right now. So we will be trading soon. Just some professional and friendly advice... Everybody who owns a car will be buying another, it just depends on who they will be buying from and who their dealership will be. So please stop hiding from your customers and be kind enough to say " Welcome in, what may help with today".. Friendly, easy, and a good way to meet a prospect, they may not buy today, but it will help build your pipeline. The owner spends probably $500-$1500 in advertising per person walking in or calling, so salespeople a chance to make a living, after that service will make their living but servicing the new vehicle and doing a LOF and safety in the trade, in time, that customer will probably trade it in.. and if your my dealership, I will go back and refer my friends over the years. I'll get of my soap box now. I'm still in touch with a ton of people in the industry and instead of bringing my business to where I live, I'll probably have them drop ship what I buy and sell the trade myself since it's free and clear.

Exactly what a fair car dealer should be. Many people worry about their experiences at car dealers and the fact that they try to sell you what THEY want you to buy. This was NOT the case here. This place knows what they're doing. Before bringing it back to Ohio (we found a killer deal and traveled to get the car) we made sure that it would be safe to make the travel. The service department made sure that the HHR was in tiptop shape and we were on the road. The title department did a great job, especially with dealing with out of state transfer. If we happen to come to Florida (panhandle) and need something done with our car, we hands down know the place we're going to be going to. The HHR is running strong 5 years after purchase, just like when it was new, except it now has 80k on it. Have never had a problem with the car and have never had a problem with Sansing. Sansing is a dealer that you can trust.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet has been…read moreextremely disappointing. I spent months searching for a Ford Expedition and worked with a salesperson throughout the day to complete most of the paperwork remotely because I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the Expedition we had been discussing had actually been sold days earlier, even though I had been led to believe it was still available. Rather than leave after wasting my trip, I decided to give the dealership another chance because I had done business with Sandy Sansing before. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ford Expedition Max Platinum that had been transferred from another Sandy Sansing dealership. By this point it was late, the dealership was close to closing, and I felt pressured to complete the purchase that evening rather than come back the next day. I requested the Carfax but was never given a copy to review. It was only quickly scrolled through on a computer. My test drive was also limited because the vehicle only had about two miles of fuel remaining. The dealership's own inspection report stated, "Has multiple minor oil leaks, wet but not dripping yet." I was simply told it had a few minor oil leaks. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, I received a low oil pressure warning, and an independent inspection at Firestone determined the leak was coming from the timing cover with an estimated repair cost of approximately $3,000. When I contacted my salesperson, instead of directing me back to the dealership's service department, I was repeatedly told to contact a mechanic he knew by the nickname "Sheriff." The only assistance the dealership offered was a vehicle detail because it had not even been cleaned before delivery. Other issues I discovered shortly after purchase included concerns with the air conditioning after I was told it just needed refrigerant, an intermittent running board issue, a rear washer that doesn't work, a detached rear defroster connection, and brakes that feel unusually soft even though the inspection report indicates the brakes and rotors were serviced before the sale. I also had concerns during the finance process. While I was still reviewing the electronic paperwork, the finance documents were submitted before I felt I had finished reading everything. That left me very uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, I was told I couldn't reuse my Florida license plate because it was over 10 years old, but the DMV later told me it was still valid. I also still haven't received my Arizona plate from my trade-in and continue receiving payment reminders from my previous lender because I have not yet received confirmation that my trade-in loan has been paid off. I understand that used vehicles, especially those sold as-is, can have problems. My disappointment is not simply that repairs are needed. It is the overall experience, the lack of transparency, the way concerns were handled after the sale, and the feeling that customer service ended once the paperwork was signed. I hope Sandy Sansing Chevrolet reviews this experience and works with me toward a fair resolution. At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership based on my experience.
