His crew members made sure to show me the dip stick to verify that my oil was clean and full. Zach double-checked and asked me later on if they showed me my oil level just to make sure that that part of their checklist was complete. Their work is professional, deliberate, and methodical. These guys (Mike and Sylvester?) are so nice. They didn't pull that Jiffy Lube mess where they slap that crusty leaf (which I think they secretly keep in the top drawer of their tool box) on your air filter and tell you that your life depends on replacing it right away. I liked that I didn't have to get out my car and sit in a musty waiting room next to strangers for two hours. Someone came up to my car, asked how they could help, directed me to a bay, were very friendly, and sent me on my way within like five minutes. I noticed the guys talking to an elderly couple in the bay next to me, and I liked that they were treating them with so much kindness and they were laughing and joking and being friendly. My parents will be moving to this area and I will send them here for their basic service needs. I didn't have a coupon, but they knocked a few dollars off my bill and called it a "new customer discount." But because there was only three people there, they could not handle the amount of cars lining up. They had to hop on one, advance the line for that stall, jump to the next, take care of them, advance the line, then hit the third. It was non stop for them. If there were two or three more workers there, the wait would not have taken so long. Even with their non stop customers lining up, they didn't falter or sacrifice their work. They stayed professional, they stayed motivated, and they did it well.
