Great school for your children. My 3 kids went here from Pre-K3 until 8th grade. A school that does…read morenot have a lot of fundings but work great. My kids learned a lot. My daughter was the valedictorian of her class .The Principal Mrs Cisco is great with helping you if you have a problem. If you are looking for a school big on Sports this is not the one. They are not much about athletics. The principal and teachers do not get involve or go to the games. The games are ran by parents. As I said the school does not have a lot of funds. But the education is great. Thank you for your education. The Garcia - Rivera

St Peter school is ok aside from the fact that one day I had a friend from a friend tell me that a…read moreteacher was cursing at the kids because one of that own teachers kid got hurt. The teacher didn't even give the kids a chance to explain just yelled at them until one of the kids started crying. Another thing that I don't really like about this school is the new principal. I've heard many good things about the previous principal but I'm not to sure that the new one really cares about the kids and the absolutely absurd dress code. An example of this dress code is the one for the girls, for girls no skirts above the knee and for every one no outside or not school branded sweaters. But some good things are that most of the teachers try there best to help the kids feel confident in themselves and always try there best to let the kids understand the material. Another good thing is that all the teachers always have concerns for the kids health. Hopefully the school can try to fix its flaws.

In a word magical…read more I've never witnessed such happy engaged kids. Nor such knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers. It's what we always wanted for our child but didn't think existed in this area. We are so lucky to have found this place.

Our family's experience with Montclair Cooperative School was devastating. After touring and being…read moreassured that our son -- a twice-exceptional, academically gifted child on the Autism spectrum -- could be supported, we submitted his records. Almost immediately, the admissions office reversed course and told us they would not move forward with his application because of his disability, saying he would be "better served" in public school. His academic strengths and test scores were ignored. This is not just disappointing, it is discriminatory. The school has accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxpayer-funded grants and forgivable loans, which means it is legally bound under the ADA, Section 504, IDEA, and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination to provide equal access. Instead, it shut the door on our son because of his diagnosis. We pursued every available appeal, including with the State of New Jersey. Even though the state acknowledged the facts, they declined to pursue the case further -- not because discrimination wasn't present, but because they lacked confidence in prevailing in court. Families should know that if your child has a disability, this school may exclude them rather than work with you. For a school that markets itself as progressive and community-oriented, our experience was the opposite. Parents of neurodiverse children: proceed with extreme caution.

This daycare is great! Its the perfect size for what my husband and I were looking for when we…read moreenrolled our son in this school. For starters we were only putting our son in daycare a few days out of the week to allow him to socialize and open up more with kids his age. We decided to choose Little Kingdom over other daycares because of many reasons. We liked the fact that this school was not too big. The child to teachers ratio is perfect, there is more one on one attention given to our child because the classrooms were not overcrowded with kids. The hours worked between my husband and I's schedules which is perfect. The staff is very friendly and feels like a big family. Another big plus for my husband and I when we toured the school, we meet with Danielle the owners daughter she is sweetheart and you could tell this school focused more about the child not quantity of kids they were able to enroll. The price is great plus other daycares will hold you responsible for paying for days if your child happens to be sick where as the owner doesn't charge you in this case. This is by far the best decision my husband and I have made for our son. When he first started school he took some time to adjust but the teachers and staff made you feel comfortable to come by, call or even send pictures to help you ease your mind. We can clearly see the change of when he started school to now. He is learning so much and the arts and crafts is a bonus to see what they do in school. So i would highly recommend this daycare over others if you want to focus on your child.
