I have since been coming to this dental clinic for approximately 5 years. As mentioned, the location is really great. The clinic is welcoming, warm and clean. The hours here are great. They often open as early as 7:30am (I think) allowing you to come by before work. Staff here are always friendly and courteous. They've always dealt with my insurance well too, if I owe anything they usually just give me a call, rather than having me pay upfront too. I like this, this is convenient for me. They have a program here too, each referral will earn you a gift card of sorts. I referred a friend, and they issued me a $25 Mastercard gift card! Amazing! My only complaint about this dental clinic is the high turn over in staff. It seems I have a new hygienist and dentist every time I visit... I had to put down a $500 deposit to hold an appointment, which I have recently discovered is not the norm. I had to arrange and pay for child care, miss an unpaid day of work for this appointment because it required IV sedation. In the end they kept my $500 deposit when I showed up for my appointment and mentioned that I had eaten toast that morning. They said I shouldn't have have had anything and because of that they are keeping my $500 deposit for the inconvenience. And if I wanted to rebook for the appointment that I would have to give them another $500. I am now out of about $600 right before Christmas for absolutely getting no work done.I understand that a fee should have be fairly applied because I was in the wrong for eating toast that morning. ( I forgot that we are not supposed to eat) Maybe the cost of a missed or cancelled appointment? But to take my entire deposit of $500 for doing absolutely no work at all, was unacceptable to me.

My husband had previously gone to the clinic for a crown, and after his glowing recommendation, I went for myself for an initial consult. My hygienist Alexandra was extremely kind and considerate throughout the whole appointment, and took the time to listen to my medical history and ask questions- honestly not even my family doctor was as thorough as she was lmao She always ensured my comfort came first, and was able to provide prevention techniques for me without judgement. I highly recommend this clinic- not only are they top of the line with their practices and equipment, they're also the kindest practitioners I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Yesterday, though, i had an especially positive experience. I was there for a fairly significant procedure, but before starting, the dentist, Dr. Abdullah Abdul, re-examined the tooth in question and reviewed with me its condition, concluding with asking me if I wanted to carry on with the procedure. In our discussion he was very open to say that, although it is at risk, the tooth currently is in good shape and could never require the procedure. This gave me the opportunity to weigh whether I wanted to move forward and I decided not to. He was quite fine with my decision. I found it very positive that he checked with me again before proceeding with the procedure, even though it meant a loss of income for him and the practice and, likely, a gap in his billing time.

Dr. Wakter has rescued me on several painful occasions.  On one case, his immediate intervention allowed me to proceed with urgent cancer surgery a few days later. Krystal and Candice make everyone feel genuinely welcome. They prepare and submit all the forms for quick insurance claims. They even check in at home,  after extensive dental proceedures, to make sure I'm ok.  Awwww. Candice helps patients by showing relaxing animal videos to distract while getting frozen or when she is taking XRays. Brenda makes getting your teeth cleaned a happy event.  I've never had more fun being "picked on" and always leave with shiny white teeth.
